I worked for a company that recently left one of Workspace's offices. Almost everyone in the building hated them. "Most horrible landlord in London" my boss would say. What I witnessed was unbelievable. This company treats its customers like dirt. I know that sounds dramatic but they also bully them. Their staff (a large lady who was an area manager I think) was rude and aggressive to my boss. I read an email that was threatening - I can't believe people write stuff like that. Their offices aren't cheap and watch out for extra charges - especially IT. They are only interested in one thing - money. My advice, go anywhere other than Workspace. UPDATE: having totally destroyed what was a great community, unable to rent out new units, or old - with the management skills of M&S - they are selling Belgravia Workshops.

TrustpilotRidiculous treatment of customer - or lack of it really!
I currently work in one of their offices and they are carrying out building work adding another floor to the building. We renewed our contract last year with no knowledge that this was going to happen. Our day to day is being completely disturbed with CONSTANT drilling, dropping of heavy objects, banging and all sorts of other noise. Our rent has also been put up which yeas was agreed when the lease was being signed but nobody cared to mention this building work would happen and would be so disruptive which is just a sneaky way of taking people's money. Further to this the receptionists have no care in the world and do basically nothing to neither compensate us nor provide information. I also recently discovered completely by accident that all kitchen utilities would be removed during the building work meaning nobody would be able to warm up any food in a communal area. God knows how much longer this will continue and we have not had any acknowledgment of our complaints, not even an apology. We just keep getting told that because they emailed us about this we shouldn't be complaining failing to mention that they never said it would be this noisy ALL THE TIME. Ridiculous, I doubt our company will stay once our lease ends.

GoogleAvoid, avoid , avoid ! Very very unprofessional and rude . They so made and appointment in the agency Saturday morning at 9 am ( take my day off to have a view with them ) and surprise. They say the property I was having the view it was out the day before . They sended to me a wrong email with the information of another customer . Very very dangerous , sharing other customers information on the emails . This can be taken by the law and go to the court . You don't deserve any fee for this issues . Be carefull!

We've been renting office space for over 11 years and never used a serviced office provider. Having been introduced to Workspace at the start of the pandemic we wanted to downsize our current space but also have the flexibility to upsize at short notice.Workspace listened to our requirements and found us the prefect space, whilst offering flexibility. Super friendly, helpful and supportive at every step of the way (even during lockdown!)

I have never used this company, but that doesn't stop them sending me spam. They got my email address have a closed firm, with zero idea how that firm got my email address and think this is a perfectly acceptable way of spamming people. After I contacted them they said I must of been a customer, when I was not. Their own privacy statement claims they do not harvest email addresses, but that is a lie. Even after promising not to spam me they carried on. They have no complaints procedure or any regulatory body, or if they do they won't tell you who it is, no matter how many times you ask. Highly unprofessional, I wouldn't use them for anything.

Terrible experience, customer service and transparency.We had to wait months to have our deposit back and still today, we have no clear statement on why we have been debited several thousand of pounds.During COVID, they had no mercy at all, when we needed help. We asked to end the contract earlier and there was no way to it.

What a con and a disappointment- all marketing and no substance. Workspace definitely failed on meeting expectations - unhelpful staff - took us 10 days to get a locker, internet repeatedly unavailable and BEWARE - the 1 month sign up is a complete CON. You automatically go onto a rolling contract so if you're looking for short term space you need to cancel the contract the day you move in - crazy huh?!

The worst company I’ve ever encountered. We spent over £200k with them and they treated us like dirt. I cannot stress enough how important it is for businesses to avoid them. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Put my team in physical and mental danger without any remorse. Do not work with them. Please contact me is you need any further information.

Do not use these guys for any warehousing options. They take your money and will add as many charges on exit, so essentially you will loose without seeing a dime back. We have never worked with a more unprofessional and scandalous company. The founders should be alarmed by their practices.

A thing veneer of trendiness covers a totally rubbish customer service. As other reviewers have noted, the management is not good to deal with and is more interested in screwing money out of you in the short term that building a long term business relationship. Be very careful to scrutinize all T+Cs and understand exacting what you are committing to. Plus the coffee is terrible.
