TrustpilotExcellent service as always.
Very regularly deal with both the team at Washington branch and Charlotte Mason, at head office, for all my residential letting needs. They can never do enough, in terms of keeping in constant communication with progress and carrying out their role professionally and very efficiently. I would not take my business anywhere else.

I can only praise the service I received from Lucy at the South Shields branch. She organised a viewing for me at the last minute, monitored the sale continuously and made the process of buying the house stress free and we were in within 2 months. First class service from a very pleasant and helpful person. Can only recommend very highly.

They were in constant contact, informing us of updates and how they could assist us further. TrustpilotExcellent
Excellent! We were looking to purchase a property to repatriate back to UK. We contacted several agents after searching tirelessly on the internet. Pattinson were the only ones who were responsive as well as so helpful in fulfilling all our requirements. We were thrilled with Helen from the Jarrow branch and will be purchasing another property in the future, through Helen. Super service, highly recommended.

Extremely poor service with my rental property. They have handed over an uncleaned property and upon asking saying I have not opted for a clean property. The car parking entry key has not been given with an excuse they not sure where the fob is! Not at all happy with the service.

I would definately recommend using Pattinsons Estate Agents in Whitley Bay. We have found the girls in Whitley Bay, Helen, Sharon Louise and all very helpful and knowledgeable, They have recently sold our house for us and we are delighted with service we have received from them, they are very efficient and keep you well informed. It has been a pleasure dealing with them.

TrustpilotExcellent service
Pattinson South Shields (Keith, Emily, Lucy, and Maria) provided an excellent service. They were always professional, communicative, and friendly. I would 100% recommend them, but if were to do it again, I would use a South Shields based solicitor, and not the suggested solicitor in Sunderland. However, this does not take anything away from the excellent service provided by Pattinson South Shields.

The staff at the Whitley Bay branch were extremely helpful when I was looking for a place of residence in a new area of the north east. I had the pleasure of meeting Carly from Washington Pattinson; as a newcomer to property investment, I was confused and knew very little about it, but she is very professional and helpful, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

TrustpilotThanks Alnwick Branch
Emily at Pattinsons took great trouble to find out exactly what I was looking for in a property and advised on areas that I hadn’t considered, where my budget might stretch a bit further. Her knowledge of the area and enjoyment of her job was clear and made my property search a lot less stressful. Thank you, Emily!
