GoogleIf you're thinking of selling, look no further than Henry Adams. Nick and his team are true professionals. We appointed Henry Adams having dealt with them previously. We were mainly looked after by Alison, who was so efficient throughout the entire process. I think we dealt with most of the team at some point - all of whom were fantastic.

TrustpilotBe careful when moving out
They were great when moving in but when it came to moving out tried to make outrageous claims from the deposit and then quickly backed down when it went to dispute. Take lots of photos and evidence would be my advice!!!! Also left us 5 days with water coming through the ceiling!!

I have used Henry Adams Letting Agent at Storrington for approximately 12 years for the letting and finding of new tenants for my property. Recently my flat was vacated. Alex Bush of the Storrington office speedily found new tenants. During the last few months Alex has been most helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time professional. Along with the manager James Riley they provide a well organised ,competent and caring team that I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

Moving into my rental property through Henry Adams estate agency was a breeze. From start to finish, their communication was top-notch, keeping me informed at every step of the process. The staff were not only professional (massive shout out to Alex) but also friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. What stood out the most was their transparency, they were upfront about all the details, making sure there were no surprises along the way. Overall, my move-in experience was fantastic. My experience with this agency has been nothing short of terrible. Every person who showed me properties looked like they would rather be anywhere else. No interest, no motivation, and often giving incorrect information. The level of incompetence was obvious from the very first visit.

GoogleI am thrilled i chose Sarah Harvey from Henry Adams. We invited all of the Horsham agents to value our property and discuss their proposition, but Sarah was the most personable and knowledgeable of those we saw. It was an easy decision to make, and one that more than worked to our advantage. Not only did we enjoy a smooth sale process, she also negotiated a better price than we had hoped for. Sarah is an asset to have on your side if you want to sell your house, and i cannot recommend her highly enough.

Really disappointing experience with Henry Adam trying to sell our property. On three occasions, we've not heard back, despite direct emails and follow up emails. Told it due to a system error. Needless to say we wouldn't recommend this agent for a consistent communication, which is critical if selling your property.

GoogleExtremely poor service we used them as our agent and entrusted them to have repairs etc done within good time and to a high standard. Their local handy man has done an absolutely awful job this is only seen now down the line ,not really sure what we've been paying for I suppose buy cheap by twice !. Some staff leave a lot to be desired
