Absolutely awful service and team. They don’t get back to you, they don’t ensure repairs are carried out and in general some of the team are just rude. Avoid at ALL costs because you will regret renting through them. I didn’t realise what an awful reputation they had

GoogleOverall my experience with Henry Adams has been very pleasant. Jade and Sophie have both particularly been very helpful and efficient. Being new to the UK, trying to arrange a first rental can be very daunting. Jade and Sophie have made this process alot easier! I would absolutely recommend Henry Adams.

GoogleWe have recently let out a flat through Henry Adams and I must say they were refreshingly brilliant! Attention to detail and really prompt action to any requests etc. We would highly recommend them and if I ever need to let another flat they would be my first port of call.

GoogleHenry Adams has recently completed the sale of our 1930’s house. The sale proved to be a long (a year and a half) and challenging one, with many delays and difficulties. The Henry Adams team were professional and supportive during the sale. They maintained good communication by both email and phone.

GoogleHenry Adams are absolutely brilliant! I rented a house through them recently. They were super fast, friendly and professional throughout the process. After moving in they have been extremely helpful too. I would certainly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
