I have been renting my property in Horsham for almost 20 years with Courtney Green. Throughout this time, I have been absolutely delighted with every aspect of their service. I have used other agents in other areas of the country for other properties and have yet to find any that come close to the level of service, reliability and honesty that Courtney Green provide. Whilst their team has grown over the years, every member I have dealt with has been very professional, friendly and helpful, and it still seems to still have the original "family" atmosphere. Courtney Green are the only people to sell our house. Their approach and ethos is perfect for selling quirky period properties - we are delighted to have just sold our beautiful cottage with them, which we bought through them, and they helped keep the chain together through so many failures!! They also sold our modern semi previously so not limited to period places. They are always ready with advice on our latest property - ref improvements, value, changes on neighbouring properties etc. Steve's knowledge of the Slinfold market and values is astounding. Bad business practices

Saw a property I liked on Rightmove and put an offer at asking price without viewing the property. The landlord “never” got back to them. Coincidentally they have a viewing 10 days after my offer and the landlord responded immediately taking another offer. General business advice - if the landlord is looking to rent at a specific price or is looking for a mini bidding war. Let the prospective tenant know. This way everyone is happy. Disappointed and truly a waste of time.

Regardless of this Chris (Head of Property Management) spent 3-4 days sorting out my problem with our developers and all involved. He went above and beyond his job and got my problem solved which has been an ongoing stress for months. He was professional, responsive but above all he was kind. Courtney Green let and managed a Horsham flat for us over several years and they selected impeccable tenants, always paying rent on time and leaving with no issues other than a minor cosmetic issue on one occasion which was easily dealt with. The time came to sell during the recent difficult time and unfortunately the first buyer renaged but very shortly after a new acceptable offer was received leading to completon. I've recently sold my Father's flat at an assisted living site on the outskirts of Horsham. This was not a straightforward sale because apart from seller and vendor it involved Land Agents and Landlords also. The estate agent is the only professional body who can liaise with all sides concerned. I engaged Courtney Green to value and sell my large Victorian house in west Sussex. This proved to be a very wise choice indeed as the level of service and professional approach was very refreshing as well as effective. My house was an unusual one to sell as the asking price for this type of property on face value was expensive as it was nothing that exceptional on paper until viewed which then gave credibility to the price attached. The presentations and sales methodology that Courtney Green created really captured the spirit of the house which was a challenge and this in turn provided real potential buyers and not just curious passers-by. In summary the whole sale process that Courtney Green ran was like a military operation the whole process was of the highest standard with a very high level of communication, professionalism and obvious experience in dealing with clients that fitted my property level. I can only recommend Courtney Green to the highest level to anyone who like us was bombarded by agents who promised unrealistic results with no substance. We got the price for the house that they valued the house at too serious buyers who were in a position to buy. These guys do what is says on the can and do it very, very well indeed.

Definitely one of the worst companies for tenants. They don’t look after there tenants or sort out there needs... they don’t express levels of urgency to the landlords and they don’t keep you in the loop what’s going on. I’ve been left with no heating for 4 weeks with a new born baby in the house. And no hot water for the past 3 days! They think this is acceptable when your paying extortionate fees to rent a property. The solution we were given was to use the immersion heater and get fan heaters to keep the baby warm... needless to say we turned it on it doesn’t work and the fan heaters over heated and fused the house, now they no longer work, someone’s advice to wrap up... I’m wearing a duvet and still cold, imagine how the baby feels. Another time when I was 8months pregnant the door handle snapped and I was told to keep my back door and garden gate unlocked... because that’s safe in this day and age! Really unimpressed with the lack of support from this estate agents towards there tenants! This is appalling!
