I have known Steven Greenfield since 1993 when I bought my first house in Sussex. It was a complex situation due to difficult circumstances for the vendors. It was so extreme, my wife and I decided to withdraw. However Steven went the extra mile and helped us reconcile that the difficulties were only temporary and nothing to do with us. We completed on the purchase and lived extremely happily in our ideal home for more than twenty years. He displayed great vision and empathy. Subsequently, I have sought Steven’s advice on several important purchases and his informed opinions and insights have been invaluable. I mention this because, generally, Estate Agents have a poor reputation and I have to say it is largely well-deserved. I have found Courtney Green to be the exception.

As a former estate agent and having worked in Horsham I knew my best option was to ask Courtney Green to sell my flat. They have an experienced and proactive team and with an investment flat that had a short lease it needed their expertise. I am pleased to report that they didn't disappoint! They made it very easy dealing with the tenant directly to arrange viewings giving me feedback each time and when it was under offer Theresa kept me fully updated without the need to chase. Very happy customer who recommends you use them. Five Stars!!

Andy and his team were efficient and professional throughout the marketing and sales process. We were selling my elderly mothers house just before Covid took hold in the UK - so a very difficult time to manage viewings and communicate with agents/banks/solicitors. We let a property through Courtney Green and I would give 0 stars if possible. We had to request to go to the ombudsman before our our issues were resolved and we were strung along for weeks and weeks whilst the MD ignored our phone calls and emails. This was a number of years ago now and I really hope that they no longer treat customers this way.

Courtney Green must be one of the best estate agents in Horsham to sell your house with. From the first time my wife and I walked into their offices in the Carfax we felt this was the company to sell our house for us, all of the team are very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t feel pressured into having to go with them but after a second meeting with Andy Bowling we felt this was the company for us. After negotiating a fair commission rate our house was being marketed by them. The sales team we had working for us included Rachel, Dan, Cameron and Ruth all of who worked really well together and for us. The marketing of our house was first class with great photos, very thorough details plus useful information of the local area. Our house was on the market during this very recent difficult period when houses were not selling so all the team made a great effort in getting our house sold, which they did. If you want a really reliable estate agent look at Courtney Green, I am sure you will not be disappointed, we weren’t.
