I have known Steven Greenfield since 1993 when I bought my first house in Sussex. It was a complex situation due to difficult circumstances for the vendors. It was so extreme, my wife and I decided to withdraw. However Steven went the extra mile and helped us reconcile that the difficulties were only temporary and nothing to do with us. We completed on the purchase and lived extremely happily in our ideal home for more than twenty years. He displayed great vision and empathy. Subsequently, I have sought Steven’s advice on several important purchases and his informed opinions and insights have been invaluable. I mention this because, generally, Estate Agents have a poor reputation and I have to say it is largely well-deserved. I have found Courtney Green to be the exception.

They have an experienced and proactive team and with an investment flat that had a short lease it needed their expertise. I am pleased to report that they didn't disappoint! We let a property through Courtney Green and I would give 0 stars if possible. We had to request to go to the ombudsman before our our issues were resolved and we were strung along for weeks and weeks whilst the MD ignored our phone calls and emails. This was a number of years ago now and I really hope that they no longer treat customers this way.
