I rent a property from May to Jan and thanks for Freddie who works all along the tenancy and helped to put thru everything in a professional and efficient manner. I don't use the word Exceptional lightly, but that perfectly describes the incredible service we received from Courtney Green in handling the sale of our late father's property - Cameron and Ruth in particular. They stood out from the outset in the way they assessed and marketed the property and Cameron's friendly, easy-going yet professional manner made us feel we were in very safe hands. From the point of accepting an offer, we were kept informed at all times and it was never any trouble to call them to discuss anything that came to mind. They also liaised closely with our solicitor, the net result being we completed the sale successfully and at no point did we ever feel stressed or worried, which is not something people usually say about the process of selling a property. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I've rented an appartment for a year through them and they've been really nice and helplful the whole time. I've had bad experiences with other agencies in the past so it's nice to have a good one. They quickly fixed issues with the appartment, and helped me when I asked them to stay for an extra month by extending the date. Freddie and Lucy especially as they were the ones that I spoke to most, but everyone else was nice too.

I found an apartment I liked online. Got in touch with courtney green estate agents to arrange a viewing. Went to see the apartment and it just wasn’t quite what I was looking for. I explained what is it exactly I was looking for in a place to the estate agent that met me there and he was just brilliant in helping find my perfect place. He knew straight away a place that fitted my description. He when back to the office to collect the keys, gave me the postcode and told me to meet him there even though he had finished work. Unlike others who came to do a valuation, Andy did not put me under any pressure and was very relaxed and approachable. Freddie and the team was very responsive in working with the landlord, helping me search for a new property after the one I had planned to move into had unexpected water damage from a faulty water tank. It was the worst timing ever as over Christmas break and during lockdown.
