Connells helped me out with everything I needed. Every time I rang Imagen got back to me that day and really helped out. Highly recommended. Couldn’t sell my house. Then Connells took over now it’s gone. Couldn’t be happier with them all

Falsely advertising properties by leaving out key details. Drove an hour to view property to be told the building the property was in was being knocked down in 2 years or so. Completely wasted my time by not mentioning key information in the listing or on the phone.

DO NOT USE. JULY 2017We paid for a Homebuyers survey it was a complete waste of money. They didn't spot any of the structural problems to the house. When we complained we were fobbed off . Wish we had just saved our money and paid for a much cheaper valuation

These estate agents are a bunch of cowboys. The service I received was terrible, their marketting was low rate and when I came to complain, my letters have been ignored. Use any company to sell your house, except this one. They are dreadful and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

The surveyor Guy, missed a critical issue with this building. 10s of thousands of pounds to fix what he missed. Raised the issue with them and RICS and they all shyed away. Disgrace to there profession, if there is one.

Valued our house £20k less than everyone else!!Absolutely fuming.They used the lowest valued houses in other streets and of different types. ie terrace when ours was a semi.Even the rental value was £100 less than what the local estate agents recommend. Cowboys!

After the reference checks passed, the real estate agents became silent and not responding to any communication. Called them on the phone and were rude. They don't care for renters, not interested to provide a seamless transition to new place.Would not recommend them.

Absolutely worst customer service. Property management team makes you go around everywhere finding what you need even though your property is fully managed, everytime new person is dealing with you case. Bad reference of tenants and you end up paying money to get service from connel.

Absolutely appalling! Slow to respond unless it directly affects them. Utterly poor customer service. We bought a house and were left in a really horrible situation due to negligence and lack of clarity. We will NEVER use Connells again.

We decided to sign up with Connells to sell our first house biggest mistake we have made!!Do not use'n once you have signed they do not care. No chasing the chain, no answering calls and always late leaving the buyers outside the house knocking. Need I say more....

They don't give a specific appointment time for the surveyor to come. I had to take a hole day off work and the guy was only there 5 mins. Very low valuation also, 25% less than two other recent reports by different firms.
