GoogleDo not have a bad thing to say about these guys. The one thing I would say and it is someone they bring in so not directly Connells, but there were a few bits left off the infantry and they didn't pick up that two windows weren't working but that as I said is someone separate. Other than that Jack and James were amazing. We are so happy with our new home and especially during these hard times, they kept us up to date and it's not easy for them. Everyone must be panicking and they are only human, but it all went so smoothly and would definately use this branch again if we decide to move in the future. Thank you to the team there. GoogleJames the third at this branch has really turned this place around! Our process lasted 18 months so we have seen the service at this branch grow from terrible to impressive. James made it his personal mission to help us get our purchase over the line when at times we thought it would never happen. He dealt very sensitively with the elderly gentleman we were buying off of to ensure he was looked after during the lengthy process and help him make the right move for him. We cannot praise James, Jake and the team highly enough. Thankyou so much for helping us get our forever home! GoogleAbsolutely over the moon with the service received from James and the team at Connells. James (Branch Manager) level of knowledge and service when assisting with finding us a property was/is unrivalled and second to none and i thoroughly recommend using these guys when buying/selling your home. They did what they said they'd do and found us our dream family home by listening to us and our criteria and matched our specific needs to a product on the market that we're ecstatic and forever grateful with. Its safe to say that buying during the pandemic brought its own uncertainties and worries and our process was anything but smooth. However James and Jake showed a tremendous a amount of understanding, support, expertise with a high level of service and assisted with chasing solicitors on our behalf when it counted. GoogleWe used Connells to buy our property near Horsham in a process that started in 2018. Our experience at first was not the best, however since James stepped in to manage the branch we had an amazingly professional response. During the course of our purchase we had buyers pull out, chains collapse, sellers changing minds and a pandemic... Yet James and Connells stuck by us, were patient, understanding and above all they really put a shift in to make things happen. It really was not an easy set of circumstances but James was always at the end of telephone call and I don't think we'd be in the house of our dreams without the him and his team. GooglePressure to sign a contract without giving you time to read through it and then make a decision at a future date. Taking advantage of the fact that I am unwell. So desperate to make money as the market is so slow with Brexit round the corner that they will try anything. With no consideration for any one else and not listening at all. Would not use James to sell my house if he was the last estate agent in Sussex Rather do it my self. If he calls me again I will put a restraining order out on him.

GoogleI can't recommend Connells in Horsham highly enough. They have been there at every point throughout the selling process with answers to the smallest query. The whole team where on the ball and whoever I spoke to new who I was, and all about the property. Even during the lock down, when the Area Manager had to take, over I still got the same high quality attention, right up to completion. Many thanks to the whole team.

Despite the unusual difficulties this year, James and his team were easy to contact, friendly and responsive throughout. They provided very helpful negotiation and advice all through the selling process. I am happy, therefore, to recommend them warmly.

GoogleConnells sold our flat during 2020 and they did an excellent job despite all the challenges faced during COVID. We had a lot of issues with solicitors which the team kindly got involved with and chased on our behalf and kept the process moving. They also got involved with other areas of the process, such as getting information from the council, so that we didn't get delayed any further and so that we could get in before Christmas.
