The property management team are always available to answer queries by telephone or email. Requests are dealt with efficiently and I value the personal service provided by the team as I live some distance form the property. There is a good line of communication with the tenants and property visits are carried out at approximately three monthly intervals.

GoogleCurrently renting a property with chesworths and so far have had nothing but a positive experience! As 2 young adults who are still new to renting we have been treated with such friendly and professional attitude. Super quick responses to any questions we have had! Both Elin and Erika we have had contact with and couldn’t have asked for more friendly member of staff to lead us through this process. I’ve moved a lot and have dealt with most estate agents on the high street over the years, and this is by far the best service and people I have ever dealt with. Specifically Erika and Elin who treated me like a good friend and not just a customer, they both went above and beyond through the move in process. Chesworths also have a lovely move in basket gift with some essentials and signed ‘New Home’ card which was a lovely touch. Wonderful company made by it’s wonderful people. She was so lovely, kept us informed the whole way through and worked hard to get us completed before Christmas!!! GoogleFrom the day we decided to rent a property through Chesworths we knew it was going to be a decision we’ll regret. When we moved in. Half of the things in the flat were either not working, dirty or broken. Communication has been shocking. The agents have been twisting things and lying to us about things being dealt with when in fact they’re not. We have been without a fridge (during the hottest days of the year) for almost two weeks now. Told this was ordered as soon as reported turns out it wasn’t (yet another lie)! We are still to get a delivery date! We have shared our dissatisfaction but the staff simply don’t seem to be concerned about whether we’re happy or not. 0/10 do not recommend for rentals one bitNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe Team at Chesworths are second to none, Matt Stone and Elin are so easy to work with. Throughout our purchase (which completed in 8 weeks) they kept us up to date and explained each step of the buying stage. If we called and a member of the team wasn't available, we always got a call back, even if it was to say there was no update, it was just a courteous call to let us know they are still on the case. As first time buyers we were really pleased with their help and support and I'd highly recommend them if you are looking to sell because as buyers, they kept us in the loop the whole time! GoogleWe had the pleasure of dealing with Matt Stone during our purchase who was very communicative throughout the entire process. Working to ensure all ran smoothly which included putting us in contact with local services e.g. roofing, oil heating etc. to help us manage quotes of work. As well as when managing a difficult situation when pressure was put on to move our completion date forwards out of nowhere. He worked with all parties to ensure a resolution was put in place and now I am in my new home, very grateful for his hard work.

At the start of the purchasing process, although excited we were also nervous for what could have been a rather stressful journey ahead. However from the outset, our agent Matthew at Chesworths did everything he could to help and support us along the way with an honestly impeccable service. He went out of his way to move the process along efficiently, he did not apply pressure on us, he offered clear and regular communication and built a trusting relationship with us where no question was a silly one. GoogleNot all estate agents are equal! We initially signed up to a ‘one off’ fee agent, thinking that this would be the best option. However after sitting on the market for six months, and very little communication from the agent, we started to doubt we would sell. At this point we contacted Stuart at Chesworths and met with him. His approach was different to all the agents we had met previously and his enthusiasm and can do attitude conviced us to sign up with his company. We had an offer, for the asking price, within one week, and can only applaud Stuart for all he has done for us since then. He’s chivvied along our solicitors, prompting them when needed, (we were out of the country when a couple of things needed to be done) and can say that he has gone over and above what we would expect of an estate agent, not least setting up a WhatsApp group with us for easy and quick communications! We would have no hesitation in recommending Chesworths, yes it’s cost us more money, but the house is sold, and that’s all that matters when it comes to selling houses!

Matt wanted to dispel the stereotype of Estate Agents (a very poor experience) and through his hard work and engagement, and that of his team, he has.
