GoogleQuality of service from Matthew Wheeler has been outstanding. At this time when selling is difficult he has helped me out far beyond the call of duty of an agent. No problem was too great and he assisted me all the way through the process of selling and is still helping with my purchase of a new property. I thoroughly reccommend Chesworths and especially Matthew if you are thinking of selling or purchasing a property.

He was also very flexible and worked around us, making himself available at very short notice either on the phone or on a video call. GoogleAvoid this company if you can, if you can't just make sure you get absolutely everything in writing. Very poor letting agents, we will never take a house they look after again. Admin is shocking.

GooglePoor at best. being our first let me and my partner could not have been more excited to move into our new property let via Chesworths. We viewed a property and decided it was perfect: close to town, free parking ect. However when we arrived the property was dirty with an ancient cotton bud wedged into the floor. This dirt was never sorted even after multiple ‘cleaner’ visits despite me outlining where it was. In addition we also receive an email 2 weeks after moving explaining that we in fact don’t have parking costing me and my partner an extra £300 per quarter. These issues have still not been addressed months into our tenancy. Go elsewhere!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleShockingly bad service. We all know that estate agents are not to be trusted but this is the whole new level of dishonesty. After very good first impressions it has all gone downhill. Lying, condescending staff who do not not have any respect for people’s time and money. We would be keen to discuss with branch manager if they bother replying to this review and provide direct contact number since other methods failed.
