Having been left high and dry by another supposedly highly rated Estate Agent in Horsham (please check my earlier reviews for more details), I contacted Matt at Chesworths to ask for his help in remarketing my property. From the very first interaction Matt was attentive, knowledgeable and pro-active. He knows the local market inside out and unlike some of his competitors, he’s a proper salesman who knows how to effectively manage a process. Fast forward 3 months, Matt has sold my property for asking price and I’ve been dug out of the significant hole his competitor left me in. I would like to thank Matt Wheeler for selling our house….. and so quickly too! We didn’t have much faith in Estate Agents due to past experiences, but with Chesworths Estates, we found an agent we could trust! Matt has a vast amount of experience and local knowledge, having worked as an Estate Agent in Horsham for many years. A few issues arose in our long chain, but Matt dealt with them calmly and with tenacity whilst keeping us informed of progress throughout, even when he was on holiday in Italy! I recently used Matt Stone at Chesworths for a service that I didn't actually know existed. I am buying my second home and after a couple of viewing with Matt (who I do know out of work) he offered a service where Chesworths will help with my negotiations on the purchase providing the purchase wasn't being sold by them. Seek and secure. I found a house and Matt dealt with the agent who's stance was that they would not accept lower than the asking price. Following some backwards and forwards and Matt's expert negotiating skill, he secured the house for £10,000 less than what it was on for. He also helped me secure some great advise with Tom Quilter their mortgage guy and a solicitor (TMT) who were brilliant! Thank you for all you help guys!
