Matt and the rest of the sales team did a wonderful job walking us through the process and answering all of our questions along the way. We knew we were in safe hands and the entire team were working hard to get us to completion. We also had the help of Davey Pearson as our mortgage broker and again we couldn’t be happier with all his help. He did an amazing job helping us understand the mortgage process.

He was flexible with viewings and always provided the detail we were looking for. Finally, when Matt found us the perfect home he advised us objectively on the sale.
Once the offer was accepted, we received regular communication from Matt and his team about progress. We always felt that we received honest information and solutions were always suggested when challenges arose (which is inevitable in any house sale). I have experience with dozen of estate companies in Surrey and West Sussex and I can honesty put Chesworths in top three.

Having found a great home through Chesworths, unforeseeably, a very long and split chain developed which was made even more challenging with online agents giving bad advice, and those at the bottom even using different solicitors for each transaction!
