GoogleBrock Taylor will not allow you to view a property unless you are under offer!!
I asked to see a property in Oakhill rd but the agent advised that he would only allow me a viewing once my house is under offer.
It is so hard to find a house and if I am only able to start viewing properties once I am under offer, this does not give me much time to find a house.
Bad practice to say the least.
If I was a seller and heard that my appointed agent was operating with this policy, I would use another agent.
Also, what is stopping me from purchasing a house while I own my current house?
My request to view the house did state that my house was on the market and not currently under offer.
Appalled by this.
