GoogleAs a franchise- they should be ashamed of themselves. Rented a flat for 2 years and the problems that were there when I moved in are still there. They will ignore you until they can’t possibly anymore then respond so rudely, I’m surprised Carolyn still has a job.

Very poor customer service. The Sales & Customer Manager (Carolyn) was late to our viewing, repeatedly obstructive, and rude. She did not answer emails or phone calls promptly.Her evasive and unhelpful behaviour throughout our contact slowed the house sale process down and added stress.
