GoogleWe were buying through Stobart & Hurrell, we hit lots of bumps along the way, some serious ones, and they really helped manage it along ....Fin was great as the negotiator and Amanda as the sales progressor . All in all a good team,very communicative with us and our completion date from the beginning was adhered to . Well done all ,got the keys today. Fin rang today to say if we need anything post completion to let him know. Good service and were great at getting back to you .

GoogleHaving bought and sold quite a few properties, we have no reservations in highly recommending Stobart & Hurrell as one of the most professional and proactive estate agents we have ever used. From initial contact to completion the team “walk with you” on your journey from appraisal, marketing and completion. From the front office team to the after sales team, there are too many people to name or praise individually. This is primarily due to the fact that It did not matter who we spoke to, each team member has a “friendly, positive, can do” attitude, which made us feel valued and gave us confidence in their ability. Having said that, we only needed to have fairly brief contact with the sales team as our property sold within 4 weeks of marketing it with Stobart & Hurrell. Our main contact was our after sales representative Sammy, who was in very regular contact liaising between our buyer, solicitors and ourselves. We would like to thank everyone at Stobart & Hurrell for their outstanding support in what is a stressful time. Moving house never seems to get any easier, but professional support such as this is highly valued.

FacebookWe first came across Stobart & Hurrell via Rightmove and contacted them through email to arrange a viewing. They responded swiftly and explained the details of the property and the process and documentation needed to secure the viewing. Once provided, we met Anna at the property, who was very professional. Due to Covid, she let us look around independently whilst also gauging our needs and as the seller wasn't present, she did a great job at explaining their situation so everything was crystal clear. After acceptance of our offer, our main point of contact was Caroline who we absolutely cannot recommend and thank enough!! The property we bought was part of a relatively long chain, which bought its challenges. Caroline went above and beyond every step of the way to guide us and inform us of updates across the entire chain. Not only is Caroline professional and brilliant at what she does, she builds a great rapport with her clients and would often provide communication via email multiple times a day. This was much appreciated and significantly better than our own conveyancer who, in order to compensate for their lack of service, Caroline took on more than what was required of her and she regularly provided vital updates that nobody else bothered to chase. Additionally, Caroline showed deep empathy for our personal situation, as our son was born right in the middle of the process, along with the current restrictions made for a stressful few months. We thoroughly recommend Stobart & Hurrell to anybody looking to sell / buy a property and we will certainly be using them ourselves in future if/when the time arises.

They handled both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and well managed throughout. Towards the end, when things became more complicated and stressful, the team were always at hand to help. They guided us through a particularly tricky time with care and professionalism, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Their support made a massive difference, and we genuinely don’t think we could have navigated it all as easily without them. We can’t say enough about how good they are and would highly recommend Stobart and Hurrell to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Stobart and Hurrell sold my elderly mum’s house for us during a difficult family time. They were exceptionally professional and also extremely considerate of our circumstances. The team involved my mum at just the right level whilst taking the pressure off us all. They liaised between us and the buyers with care and attention ensuring everyone involved was treated well and kept in the loop. Once the sale was agreed, the after sales team were excellent at keeping us informed at every step of the way. I cannot fault the process, the team or the outcome. I would recommend Stobart and Hurrell a hundred times over. If ever I sell my own home they are definitely the estate agent that I will choose.

GoogleWe've very recently competed on a house sold through Stobart and Hurrell. They were nothing but professional and helpful. All of our experiences with them have been positive. Oli did a great sell on the house and it definitely showed just how much he knew about the property. Amanda on sales progression often gave us more information on what was happening with the sale of our own house that our own agents did. All lovely people. I know our vendor was pleased with them as he had used them before, and I'd certainly use them if we ever needed to sell again. A definite 10/10.

GoogleMy experience with Stobart and Hurrell has been a very positive one. It is a delicate and emotional business matter when selling the home of a loved one. Every member of staff within the business that I have had dealings with has been polite, efficient, understanding and supportive. It is refreshing to find a business that calls you back and follows up on your behalf without you having to chase. The business owners have a great team so keep hold of them! It is clear to see that they are dedicated, hard working individuals. I would highly recommend this Estate Agent to anyone wishing to sell their home.

FacebookWith being in the building industry for many years buying and selling properties, we would like to thank the team for their professionalism and help through the sale of our property. The sale was not straight forward due to the chain breaking and it involved a great deal of liaising by Peter, Terrie and the team to enable the sale to proceed. We recommend Stobart and Hurrell as they achieved the sale at the price they said they would and were open and honest throughout the process and were a pleasure to deal with. We will of course be using them again.

FacebookWhere do I begin… we sold our house within 5 days of being on the market! From the day we sold Caroline has been so amazing! She answered every email I sent to her with no waiting at all, called me, chased continuously for other solicitors to speed things along. I honestly can say I have never had customer service like it. She deserves a medal putting up with me! 8 weeks to complete since we found somewhere which is fantastic but would never of been that quick without Caroline!
