Noble Residential is an exceptional estate agents! They are so willing to help and have been so supportive throughout my home purchase. Kerry was great at getting me a competitive mortgage deal. Charlie was amazing at touching base and ensuring all parties were informed of any developments. Meeting Allan during the property viewing was very pleasant. When I’ve had questions about the property following the purchase, they have been so willing to help as well! Fantastic service and would recommend their services :) . I cannot recommend Nobles enough. From a very bad experience with a previous estate agents I went into the process with selling my house with Nobles with not many high hopes. From the beginning of the process & getting my property listed for sale, through to the viewing coordination & price negotiation it made the whole experience in the end enjoyable. I have also purchased through them & Charlie in the post sales team has been nothing short of amazing, she has been on the end of the phone & email through out this whole process to which i am very grateful for. A good estate agent is worth its wait in gold & the team at Nobles i would say are the best around.

This is the second time we have used noble in the last 18 months. The first was due to a bereavement and sale of a family home. The team helped with every aspect of the sale and took all the stress away in a very difficult time. The second was the sale of our own family home and purchase of our new home. I would like to thank Alan who I dealt with in a professional capacity. It is rare in our business to deal with another agent in progressing a sale that is like Alan . I can not recommend Nobels enough! I have purchased my first home with my partner through Nobels and it’s been such a good experience from the start. The team are great regardless of who you speak to and are so helpful. I would definitely recommend Noble Residential when selling your property. The team are friendly and helpful. Firstly, I would like to say Thank You to Allan who helped with our sale and managed to achieve the almost asking price. Allan is very knowledgeable of the housing market and gives honest, good advice and has always been there to help us when needed. Our house sold within two weeks of going on the market.
