GoogleMy experience of dealing with Noble has been nothing but pleasant throughout the journey of buying our first home! A special mention to Allan Seager who always went the extra mile for us throughout the process, responding quickly and efficiently to our queries, constantly providing us updates ( even after nobles opening ours, when we were waiting to hear back on our offer). Myself and my partner found it refreshing that he was looking out for our genuine interest as buyers, we had not experienced this with other agents at other firms. I was worried that selling my late mother's house would be a stressful ordeal but Billy's friendly, approachable demeanor, along with his tenacious in depth knowledge of the housing market ensured a smooth journey.

GoogleJason impressed me with his business model for Noble at first meeting; and didn’t disappoint throughout the whole process. Fair, patient, encouraging and reassuring. It was a daunting task selling and clearing my only ever family home after 50 years following by the death of my wonderful Mum, and Jason continued to support me the whole way. Offering sound and measured advice, understanding my needs and the emotional side of this sale. He had some great contacts and advice for clearance, and patience with my comms. Thanks Jason. GoogleNobles were by far the friendliest and honest estate agent we spoke to and therefore were the right choice to sell our house for us. The pre-screen service they do means that only assured, quality viewings took place and we weren’t hounded by the dreamers or ‘nosey neighbour’ types just out for a Saturday drive by. Allan and the team handled everything from the minute they took the photos, sifting and holding the viewings for us and even making sure all the solicitors were playing nicely as we got down to the nitty gritty. Overall, a good friendly team headed by Allan and Jason. Give them a call, you’ll not be disappointed.

They were so easy to work with on the purchase of my new home and they definitely are not your standard estate agent that you come across. Could not have asked for a better agency to guide me through my purchase, which often is one of the most stressful experiences, but they dealt with it with such ease and professionalism that it made the whole experience enjoyable and a breeze. GoogleI got my house through this estate agents, dealt with Bill who is was just the best, he helped me through everything and went above and beyond to help explain the entire process also always available when ever I called or emailed to answer even the silliest queries I came with🙈, as a first time buyer I didn't know much but not for a second did he make me feel like anything I asked was irrelevant at any point! I would highly recommend to go through noble estates to purchase and if you get bill to deal with happy days 😁he's wonderful. Thank you Christina

GoogleOur experience with Noble Estate Agents has been great from beginning to end! Billy who was dealing with us was always super helpful, professional, reliable and genuinely interested in getting the best deal for us. He kept us informed of the process throughout and went above and beyond to try and help us out. You find a lot of estate agents can often be arrogant and unhelpful , buying a property where you’re investing so much money is a massive deal and can be a daunting process but was made much less so with our experience at Noble. Thank you Bill (!) and would definitely recommend Noble services to anyone!

GoogleFirst time purchasing a house through Noble. At the same time Noble was selling our house at the same time. Fees was very reasonable and there was no pressure from them. What a very good experience, Billy was the estate agent. His service was excellent, any queries he would reply instantly or asap. Normally estate agents are a nightmare to get hold off. Billy is exceptional with his customer care approach. Highly recommend using Billy from Noble estate agents whether buying or selling. Definitely will use Billy again in the future if I need to sell or buy.

We bought our home from Noble and as first-time buyers, they made it so easy and smooth. I would like to say a big thank you to Millie who was fantastic throughout the process. She communicated everything to us very quickly and efficiently and was so much help in guiding us through the process. Would recommend them to anyone and when it is time to sell we will be going to Noble.

GoogleI would like to say a big thank you to Nobel Residential, they have been amazing from start to finish. Our property was put up for sale on the Friday and sold by the Saturday everything ran so smoothly it was unbelievable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. A big well done Jason and Allan fantastic service, I believe that one of our family are using you at present so word of mouth defiantly works.

GoogleWe used Noble Residential to sell our house in May. I was mainly in communication with Allan, who was fantastic. They got the house on the market on a Friday, had 5 viewings booked for the Saturday morning and got an offer of full asking price on the Monday. My brother is also selling his house with them now and they did the same thing. One of the best decisions I made in the process of buying and selling, was using Noble.

GoogleWe can not thank Allan, Charlie, Jason and the team enough for pressing for our sale to complete. Everyone is so professional and goes above and beyond what they are meant to do. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone. Allan would always ensure we had the block viewings we asked for as a young family so we could get out they way, he would always turn up with a smile 😃. I can count on one hand the number of pleasant experiences I’ve had with them but Noble is right there at the top of the list. From the beginning they were a pleasure to work with. I dealt with Jason initially and then Charlie. Both were great to work with but Charlie has been a gem! Always easy to contact and great at sharing updates along the way, Charlie made the whole stressful process a LOT easier! GoogleMy wife used Nobiles to sell her parents home 9 months ago after the sad loss her her mum, Alan Seager and the team were very good, understanding of the delicate situation of selling a family home of 60 years. Then when we decided to move we didn't Hesitate to contact Alan Seager at Nobiles again, yet again they did a great job. Wouldn't of used anyone else. Highly recommend.

However, a friend recommended Noble Residential and I have to say that they are far and away the best estate agents I have ever used. The difference is that they actually care about the people who are paying them, the customers. The secret is communication and where other hopeless agents ignore you, Noble listen and respond. I want to thank them for selling my flat, especially Charlie who has been delightful, friendly and most of all, a great professional. GoogleEveryone at Noble was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying my property, but a special big thanks has to go to the sales progessor Charlie, who was so supportive throughout the whole process, not just with buying my new property, but also with getting updates on the sale of my previous one. She was excellent at contacting all the solicitors, and pushing everyone involved to get the sale through. I honestly would have been lost without her! When Charlie was unavailable, Allan provided the same level of support, and I was very grateful for his help in the lead up to exchange.
