A special thank you to Billy Bale, who handled our purchase with great professionalism, patience, and care throughout the entire process. Billy was always available to answer questions, kept us fully updated, and went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. His friendly attitude and clear communication made the experience so much easier and less stressful. We’re extremely happy in our new home and truly appreciate all the hard work from Billy and the team at Noble Residential. We would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property!

GoogleI chose Noble Residential purely by coincidence, and a chance meeting with the founder. I never looked back since I assigned them to take care of the sale of my property. Billy Bale has been more than exceptional. From getting the portfolio of my property on line, to the sale, he has listened to everything I wanted, including the sale price. When you let them know that what price is required for your property, and you are not willing to move any lower than the valued amount, that is exactly what they understand. Billy did his excellent most to get me the sale price, and above! Throughout the sale process, Billy and his colleagues have been most helpful and kept me up to date all the way along; also during his absence. I never had to worry about anything, as the communication between us was utmost! I would definitely recommend Noble Residential as not only do they listen to what you want in a sale of your property or buying, they do not query or try and avert your way of what you require, whether it be in the sale or buying a property. They listen and understand your needs, and put them first. I will definitely be using them again without a doubt or hesitation in the future. Amanda Orr

Enquired to rent a property and the agents made it seem as if they were doing us a favour by telling us “the landlord is painting the house be grateful” when the house was disgusting with dirt and mould just because they wanted the property let. They also work with horrible landlords who think it’s okay to rent a property for £1750 a month that has mould and is absolutely filthy. Jacob is incompetent and useless as a chocolate teapot. He is rude and should be fired. The negligence of his and his co workers lack of communication resulted in the offer falling through. We communicated our offer and the estate agents lied about what we had told them. Silver lining - dodged a bullet with a horrible estate agent and landlord. Be aware. I wouldn’t rent or buy a property from here even if they paid me!!

GoogleWe used Noble Residential to sell our house in May. I was mainly in communication with Allan, who was fantastic. They got the house on the market on a Friday, had 5 viewings booked for the Saturday morning and got an offer of full asking price on the Monday. My brother is also selling his house with them now and they did the same thing. One of the best decisions I made in the process of buying and selling, was using Noble.
