A special thank you to Billy Bale, who handled our purchase with great professionalism, patience, and care throughout the entire process. Billy was always available to answer questions, kept us fully updated, and went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. His friendly attitude and clear communication made the experience so much easier and less stressful. I chose Noble Residential purely by coincidence, and a chance meeting with the founder. I never looked back since I assigned them to take care of the sale of my property. Billy Bale has been more than exceptional. From getting the portfolio of my property on line, to the sale, he has listened to everything I wanted, including the sale price. When you let them know that what price is required for your property, and you are not willing to move any lower than the valued amount, that is exactly what they understand. Billy did his excellent most to get me the sale price, and above! Throughout the sale process, Billy and his colleagues have been most helpful and kept me up to date all the way along; also during his absence. I never had to worry about anything, as the communication between us was utmost! I would definitely recommend Noble Residential as not only do they listen to what you want in a sale of your property or buying, they do not query or try and avert your way of what you require, whether it be in the sale or buying a property. This estate agents deserves minus stars. Enquired to rent a property and the agents made it seem as if they were doing us a favour by telling us “the landlord is painting the house be grateful” when the house was disgusting with dirt and mould just because they wanted the property let. They also work with horrible landlords who think it’s okay to rent a property for £1750 a month that has mould and is absolutely filthy. Jacob is incompetent and useless as a chocolate teapot. He is rude and should be fired. The negligence of his and his co workers lack of communication resulted in the offer falling through. We communicated our offer and the estate agents lied about what we had told them. Silver lining - dodged a bullet with a horrible estate agent and landlord. Be aware. I wouldn’t rent or buy a property from here even if they paid me!!

After attempting to sell our home over a year ago with 2+ agents, it was clear that they were typical salesmen and had not interest in us or pur home. When we met Billy on a viewing, we spoke to him about looking at our house. Billy and the team at Noble are on another level of professionalism but at the same time, they speak to you like human beings, they're approachable at anytime of the day and our house sold within a week of it going on the market with noble. Noble Residential and in particular Allan Seager were highly recommended to us by a family member who had used them previously for a property sale. I’m happy to say as a result of Allan’s hard work we were able to sell our property for the price we wanted and he made sure everything went smoothly right through to completion. We were really impressed that he was on top of everything at all times despite any problems we encountered. Allan did everything he said he would do when we first met him for a valuation and definitely exceeded our expectations. He was easy to get into contact with and always respected our choices but advised where necessary based on his wealth of experience which was really useful. On the very rare occasion that Allan wasn’t available I spoke to several members of the team and they were all really great to deal with. I recently used Noble Residential to sell my flat in South Ockendon, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Nobles stood out from other estate agents I considered - they had great knowledge of the area, they gave a realistic and achievable valuation, secured a quick sale, and were good value for money. Allan has been fantastic throughout the process - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very on the ball with communicating with myself, the buyer, and our solicitors to ensure the sale progressed quickly and smoothly. He always let me know in advance if he would be unavailable, and the wider team at Nobles were always friendly, available, and in the loop if I ever contacted the office. I also viewed potential properties with Allan, which demonstrated the effort and experience he brings to each sale. As a result, I would not hesitate to recommend Nobles and have already done so to my Brother who has secured a buyer for his property with them. Nicest group of estate agents I've had the pleasure of dealing with. We purchased our property through them and honestly wish we'd sold our house using their services! If they said they'd call back, they did. We always received a response to queries in a timely fashion. A special shout out to Allan who I feel went above and beyond for us - chasing the lawyers, advising us and keeping us updated along the way. We needed meter readings for our new utilities supplier. I contacted Steve after having put my property on the market several times with other local agents over the last two years. Steve was by far the most engaged agent that I have dealt with, and showed a genuine interest and care in trying to get my property sold.
