GoogleDon't make the mistake I did and not go with Haart from the start !! Customer Service was excellent, I didn't need to chase them for updates unlike my previous Estate Agents who I left. Efficient, professional, friendly... Special praise for Danny Shore & Stephanie Parnell both outstanding and a credit to Haart !!

As a relatively new landlord, Haart's service has been exceptional - prompt, available and friendly - the three key points that has made a world of difference for us. From lining up suitable tenants to follow-ups/chasers to understanding our requests to being readily available via email/mobile for four years. If one of the team is busy someone else easily picks up the work. I can only praise the staff (Allix, Louise) and the Branch Manager (Simon) at the Hornchurch office for prompt support and swift action. Super service. Keep up the good work. GooglePoor poor experience with Haart sadly, came round promised they would sell my property in 6 weeks and failed, you don't deal with one person as they have negotiators, area managers etc etc so never speak to the same person and the customer service was extremely poor.

GoogleWanted to give a massive thank you to the team at the Hornchurch office. I was in the process of selling my property with another local haart office and whilst that was all going through, I needed to secure a new rental property. They found me the ideal property and whilst I was running around like an absolute lunatic at my end with the sale; they kept everything to do with the rental procedure very simple and kept me sane! They made the process of moving simple and a lot less stressful and always had time for me! Again, a huge thank you to all the team there!

GoogleVery weird experience we hade from this branch, I would avoid it at all cost, never again as long as I live, they lied and they promised everything just so I could get to view the house and then decide it to sell it to a different person altogether such a crooked agency, from the sales team to their mortgage brokers lying scumbags, you've got no morals .

GoogleFor such a big estate agency as haart, was expecting more. The agent that i spoke with assured me on several occasions that he will contact me when properties are available and we can arrange viewings. Never heard from them.

As you was aware at the start of the transaction the sellers requirements for their onward purchase wasn't going to be as straightforward as a normal search would've been.
