GoogleWe have been attempting to arrange a viewing for a property in Upminster for over 2 weeks. We have phoned numerous times and emailed only for someone to tell us that they are not the correct team and that they will pass on the message and get back to us, no one ever got back to us either via email or phone. A third party even went into the agents on our behalf to chase up our inquiry as we are currently not living in the same county. The third party was informed that the relevant person was out of the office, however a note had been left on their desk for them to contact us as soon as possible, this never happened. We have today learned that the property has been let agreed. We are infuriated at the complete lack of communication of their part, whilst it is understandable that someone else got the property instead of us, what is not is we were not promptly informed of this development and left to our own devices to discover the property is now no longer available.

GoogleDon't make the mistake I did and not go with Haart from the start !! Customer Service was excellent, I didn't need to chase them for updates unlike my previous Estate Agents who I left.
