GoogleThe team at Oulsnam have been great throughout the buying process. Kat initially took us on some viewings which resulted in us making an offer. She was friendly, welcoming, and informative. Debbie was also very helpful during negotiations and later down the line to help get the purchase to completion.

GoogleMy partner and I were unexpectedly made homeless after our newly purchased property was destroyed by a water leak last January. We urgently looked for a rental property and came across a few through kinetic. Nina was absolutely brilliant in finding us the perfect fit for us two and our dog. She was always helpful in answering any queries we had and managed to get us into a property in 5 weeks post water leak discovery. Issues with the rental were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend Nina and kinetic as an estate agents!

GoogleHIGHLY RECOMMEND KINETIC!!! I have dealt with Kinetic for several years now, both as a seller, a buyer and for rentals and I cannot recommend them enough! They are not your run of the mill estate agents, they care about every single client and their needs and I personally don't know anyone who has dealt with Kinetic that hasn't praised them for the same! All staff are brilliant but Nina (and Matt) particularly go above and beyond for their clients. I'm so grateful to them for all they have done for me over the years. I'm not a friend, I don't work for them, I'm just a client that has had nothing but fantastic customer service! So don't let other bitter reviews give you a false impression, no one can please everyone 100% of the time but the majority of reviews speak for themselves!

GoogleTerrible property management. We had a gas leak in our house and it took 48 hours for Holbrook’s ‘out of hours’ emergency to get back to us. Thank god Northern Gas Networks were able to fix the issue otherwise we would’ve been left without heating and hot water in the middle of winter with a baby. Reported countless issues with damp and mold and no one ever gets back in touch with us. Would not recommend.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. Matt was super quick getting the property on the market to give us a chance in selling so we had a chance at a property we fell in love with. Property sold to first person that saw it. Marketing and video was great. Jo has been excellent in helping us with the minefield of conveyancing, without her input to push it over the line I am not sure we would have got there. Now exchanged and looking forward to moving. Would highly recommend all round, thank you.
