GoogleI bought my new home through Bairstow Eves. I'm so grateful for all the help that Charlotte W and Lee D provided with the purchase. The communication from beginning to end was perfect not only with me but with the solicitors and all parties involved. The process felt much simpler and easier that it should have been for a house purchase but that's only because of all the work from Charlotte. I'm very happy with my new home.
Thank you!

GoogleDONNA WAS INCREDIBLE. I can't put into words how reassuring, kind and helpful she has been.
Throughout the whole process of getting a mortgage, I've been clueless from the start - not only has she educated me on how this works, given me the process, helped me understand - given me regular updates, communicated with myself, the solicitor and my partner, as well as staying positive and friendly through the hard periods but she's managed to also make me feel like I haven't annoyed her once - I cannot give her enough praise.
I'd recommend her and the team to literally anyone who asked, I don't think I can think of a single fault.
If you want continuous support from someone who feels like a friend, regular contact and communication in laymans terms, and a ball busting mortgage broker - Donna's the girl for you!

GoogleLauren and Aurelija have been amazing to me over the years letting my property in the UK. I have used their services since 2018 and in that time whenever a tenant moved on, they acted super quickly to get it filled each time (less than a week in each case).
