I been dealing with Shanice Simmonds at Bairstow Eves, Hornchurch for the past few months looking for our dream home. Shanice has been an amazing contact to have, whereby she simply had our interest in mind and knew exactly what we wanted. On our first viewing he was chatty, professional and gave us all the time we needed with all the relevant background information on the property, vendor and set expectations from the outset. Right, where do we start? We recently used the Bairstow Eves team in Hornchurch for a property purchase. The team here have literally gone above and beyond to help us with our purchase. We had issues with our solicitors but with the help of Abbie, she got it done. Abbie has been very professional, yet friendly, and made the whole process smooth and informative. Julie, the manager, also played an active part and was helpful. I also have to mention Charlotte and Donna as excellent staff. But again, we have to say thank you to Abbie again as she really did make this process a lot more easier than previous experiences. The whole team are an asset to Bairstow Eves and are highly recommended

I would like to thank Matt and the team for the fantastic service that we received when selling our house recently. From the valuation until completion, the team could not have been more helpful. We were delighted with the photos of the house and as a result, had 30 viewings on our property within the first three weeks. I was concerned that they would be annoyed, but they were quite the opposite.
