I just wanted to say a massive thank you to kara at Bairstow Eves. She has honestly been amazing to deal with. From the first time I spoke to her, she was friendly, helpful, and really easy to talk to. She kept me updated with everything and always made sure I understood what was going on. What I liked most was that she didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was bothering her, she actually took her time to help me properly. Any questions I had, she answered straight away. It made the whole process so much less stressful. If anyone is dealing with Bairstow Eves, I’d definitely recommend asking for Kara. She’s been brilliant and really made a difference.
