Renting decisions should be based on affordability, not assumptions. Her behaviour and failure to call back were unprofessional and disrespectful.

I was concerned that they would be annoyed, but they were quite the opposite. Julie came out to me and my son and asked if we would like to come inside so he could have some privacy and was so welcoming and kind. Very much appreciated!
