GoogleTerrible company for management Their management of linen lofts in belfast is appaling. Safety/fire hazards left unfixed, cleaning communal areas done poorly. Communication very poor too. Would avoid if looking property management

GoogleSo many fake reviews on here saying this is a good company. Have had the grave misfortune to have dealt with them & feel the need to state they are simply appalling in every aspect. Avoid at all costs. Unfortunately, I can’t leave a “no star” review but that’s what they deserve.

GoogleAbsolute disgrace of a company. If you have the chance avoid at all costs! They don’t do any of the work they promise they’ll do in your contract and when you question why they put there prices up when they haven’t done any of the work they promise, they’ll threaten you with legal proceedings.

His management of the whole process was faultless from our first meeting through to sale completion. The quality of the online adverts and photographs were also excellent. GoogleResponse to issues is really poor. Even though requests have been made to them, and problems pointed out to them, they never address these issues. You have to keep complaining to them and even then it's unlikely they will do anything.

The process, was smooth, efficient, communication was highly effective and efficient and clear and I felt very confident in my decision to use their services. Seamus McFlynn provided excellent face-to-face and remote client service, he was highly professional, knowledgeable, very prompt in his communications, patient and friendly - he answered all my first-time buyer questions in full and no question was ever too 'trivial'. He was always available and the 'turnaround' time very speedy. I highly recommend McGuinness Fleck to any first-time buyer like myself who may have many questions in the initial stages. McGuinness Fleck were a joy to do business with in terms of their utmost professionalism, efficiency and clarity in communication and turnaround in driving processes forward to get a very desirable result - a new home! I will look forward to doing business with them in the future and will be recommending them to family members and friends who may need sales or letting services. I picked up my keys (and complimentary bubbly this week) and have moved into my first home. A wonderful first-time buyer experience. Thank you McGuiness Fleck. I'm thrilled!

GoogleOur development has been managed by McGuinness Fleck for a number of years. During that time they have dealt with a great many very difficult issues that had been plaguing the development for many years before their appointment. The development is now a totally different place to live and we believe that the drastic improvement has greatly increased the market value of our property. They have also made big savings to our budget on things like insurance and electricity costs, which we can now spend on further improving the development. We would be happy to recommend them to any development, particularly if you have difficult issues that need to be sorted out.

GoogleWe have used McGuinness Fleck (formerly called Property One) to manage our rented property since we left Northern Ireland in 2008, and cannot recommend the company highly enough. During that time the property has called for detailed and complex involvement as it required substantial and long-lasting investigations and repairs for structural problems arising from the original build. That this eventually was all covered by NHBC and completely sorted out is due to a great extent to the tenacity and persistence of McGF's staff, who acted for us throughout, they deserve medals for their commitment . They are all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in their work, one couldn't ask for more.
