GoogleWe sold our house with Applegate and we were very happy with the service provided. The whole team were extremely helpful and friendly and they were on the ball getting feedback from prospective buyers. After we accepted an offer the team remained vigilant, chasing up solicitors and passing on messages and questions between us and our buyers. They also liased with the agents for the house we were buying. We can't thank them enough.

GoogleThe Applegate Estate agents team are not only great at their jobs, they're also very helpful, friendly and fun and make buying a home a sublime experience! Great communication , never experienced any confusion , stress or delay , considering buying a house is meant to be one of the most stressful things you can do , I can even recall at one stage I completely forgot i was actually buying a house :)

GoogleI have recently sold a property through Applegate and my favourite thing about them is the fact that, without fail, there is always somebody available to answer your calls and speak with you. GoogleWe recently bought a house through Applegate. From the start they were very helpful. We had daily updates from them, they coordinated with our solicitors, and financial advisors. The staff always were available when you needed to discuss something, and it was always the same person. Can not recommend enough. We love our house and glad it was through Applegate! Thank you to all the helpful staff!

Took a while to go through due to Covid impact but this didn't prevent excellent work and comms from Tayla to ensure the sale completed for us. GoogleApplegate have been very helpful in arranging for me and my partner to get the house wanted after this originally being taken up by another tenant but subsequently falling through. I appreciated them telling me that the property was back on the market and they could not have been more helpful in getting the house we wanted. I would recommend Applegate to anybody in the Huddersfield/Wakefield area. Very professional company

GoogleThe people in the office are really help ful and the cater for any need . They have good customer service , they are really helpful , polite and they have really good people skills. The check in with Emma wood was really good she was friendly and helpful and answered any of my questions that I had along with the staff in the office .
