GoogleI have had amazing service from all the gang at Applegates especially Amy, Claire and Paul. From the start they have been incredibly pro-active in marketing my property. This isn’t just your usual ‘list on rightmove, hope for the best’ agency - they take the time to understand the property, contact potential buyers and market your property effectively. They are all so friendly and approachable too. My property was sold to a ‘walk in’ customer. They very kindly promoted my holiday let and it is now sold to a lovely couple after just a few weeks on the market. I am now putting my own home on with them too. Paul, Tyla and Claire were all very helpful and their communication was excellent. The digital elements of the service worked very well - I was able to digitally sign documents, approve the high quality brochure online and receive updates on viewings and offers by text / email. I would highly recommend their service which was stress free at a difficult time in my life.

GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service from Applegate Properties. I drove all the way to Huddersfield from Sheffield for a scheduled house viewing, only for the estate agent, John, to never turn up. To make matters worse, he didn’t even have the courtesy to send a message or call to let me know he wouldn’t be there.
This was a complete waste of my time and petrol, and frankly, it shows a total lack of respect for potential buyers. If this is how they treat people before a sale, I can’t imagine how they handle things afterward. Absolutely unacceptable service, I wouldn’t trust them with anything important.
