Westwood Leber Hertfordshire reviews in Hoddesdon

Jacob, Andy and Ryan sold my house in July last year and even though we were in the middle of the pandemic, they kept me abreast with how things were progressing. I felt the house was marketed really well and the show rounds were mostly done by the team, as I wanted. Towards the end Ryan was incredibly helpful and friendly, as I was trying to get things finalised by a deadline! I would recommend Westwood Leber to anyone selling their house :)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We sold our house with WL in February 2020 and we’re very satisfied with the service. We chose WL because of Ryan’s friendly and professional valuation. The team, though clearly sales based, never struck us as typical salesmen and were not pushy and we liked that they seemed genuine. Their service is different from the rest with professional modern photography and floor plans included in the cost, something I couldn’t believe some of the more established estate agencies in the area didn’t offer. The house sold in a week at asking price and I think their service was responsible. Their costs were reasonable and despite us selling and moving in the middle of the pandemic, added to that the sad death of the person we were buying from, Ryan, Jacob and Andy kept on top of the transactions and managed to get all the sales and purchases through as quickly as was possible at the time.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have recently purchased our house through Westwood and must say dealing with all staff but specially Jacob was a delight. He was professional from the beginning to the end. Despite all the stress we’ve had selling our house, purchasing a house through Westwood was easy, we were kept up to date, they did not put an unnecessary pressure on us. Westwood dealt with the sale smoothly and we would certainly use them again and refer them to our friends and family. Thank you Jacob for all your help and support and also making one of the most stressful procedures buying a property so smooth. Best wishes, FazPositiveProfessionalism

We had pleasure of both letting our house through the Westwood Leber, as well as selling it at the end. They are highly professional and knowledgeable, and at the same time personable, empathic and extremely friendly. We were able to rely on Sam, Ryan and their team in every situation, confident that they would oversee everything and keep us informed at all times. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Westwood Leber to others ether selling, buying or renting in the area!

We've just exchanged on a house in Hoddesdon with the help of Ellis. As first time buyers, my wife and I were unsure of a lot of steps in the process. Ellis explained everything very clearly and answered our questions with detail, accurately and patiently - even when I asked the same question more than once. We will definitely recommend him and the team to anyone buying or selling in the area. Thanks for all the help!

Very approachable and have been a good first-time mover experience. Only not 5 stars because there's sometimes some communication gaps. Like we'll go in and mention an issue and when I follow-up with an email the issue never seemed to have got sent up the chain. Similarly there can be delays as requests are relayed through to contractors and such, but everything we've needed done has got done and we're now mostly all settled. Jaidene replies quickly and keeps me in the loop when I ask for updates rather than just letting us stew until a solution is found, which is nice.

All of the team at Westwood Leber handled both our sale and purchase professionally and efficiently. Ginny was a superb point of contact to have throughout the process, and Ryan was really helpful towards the end! They even chucked in a celebratory bottle of bubbly which gives them 5 star in itself!

I’ve now used Westwood Leber for 2 house moves, buying once from them and selling twice through them. I am, and have always been happy with the service they provide and the knowledge they have in this industry. They are one of the best, if not, the best in this field and I can’t fault them at all. All their staff are professional and know the industry very well, as well as their marketing and photography being excellent. I’ve dealt with both Ryan and Ellis over the years and both have been amazing to deal with. Ellis more recently with our current house sale, has been professional throughout, always available to help with any queries, and has made the sale transaction go as smoothly as it can be. Highly recommended Westwood Leber Estate Agents.
