I recently looked into renting with my partner and we were very pleased with the service received from Westwood Leber Estate Agents. From enquiring, to viewing, to actually signing the contract, the process was extremely smooth. A big thank you to Jett Haslop who was very prompt and efficient in organising this for us. I would definitely recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Westwood Leber and especially Ellis were really great all the way through our move. As usually happens when buying a house things don't always run smoothly but Ellis was always on hand to assist and help keep our sale and purchase on track. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a tricky sale chain that took longer than expected to exchange and complete. Ryan Leber went above and beyond to get our sale over the line and without his support I'm not sure we'd have hung on in there. He was understanding of all parties' situations in the chain and was empathetic to the stress we were under due to certain timescales we had to meet. We felt he was with us every step of the way, his foresight/advice was spot on and communication was good. When your Husband gives your estate agent a hug when handing over the keys, you know they've done good! Would highly recommend Westwood Leber.

Our first experience using Westwood Leber to sell a property and certainly won't be the last! We sold in a tough climate with a lot of uncertainty around, however through this period Ryan remained persistent and never gave up the opportunity and in the end found us the perfect buyer. Friendly, professional and responsive service all round from all of their staff from start to completion. Would highly recommend to all friends and family looking to sell and buy a property. Thank you again for making our forever home a reality.

My partner and I purchased our first property with Ollie from Westwood Leber! In all honesty Ollie stood out from all the agents we'd come across during our search. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely efficient and actually 'sold us the house' ! All the team were helpful and we felt they dealt with us in a professional manner throughout. Excited to have our first home and looking forward to the future ahead :) Fran & Ant

We had an extremely positive experience with the team at Westwood Leber during our sale, especially with Ellis Askey who dealt with us from the beginning to end. Ellis has been amazing throughout the process being so responsive and helpful with everything. He was always reachable which was a massive relief for us, he was responding and organising things even during out of hours (even during holidays) which he really didn't have to do, but we were really grateful for his effort because that kept the chain moving. It was refreshing to have that kind of interaction during this process because buying and selling is such a stressful thing and Ellis did his best to make it less stressful for us.

I have found the room in Hoddesdon for the price of 500 pounds. Agent showed me everything is accessible for the tenants and 500 more deposit. At the day of moving in 1.no Keys availiable at the agence 2.lack of response from the landlord 3. At 3pm. with All of my stuff at the back of Rented vehicle landlord kindly answered the phone asking me to wait 4 hours until he comes back from work in South London because he thought "other unwanted people were moving in" 4. Promised to drop me a key under the doormatt which never happened We drove3 to Doncaster as there was other people stuff at the back of my lorry, I came back myself and found no key so slept in my lorry. Next day landlord untruly claimed that Keys were left there( video recorded providing not.) At the time of second attempt to move in ( as at 4am All of my stuff had been left in my friends's house) we found out that suprisingly there were no furniture in the house although of that agent and landlord have promised them so I had to pay for my own one because agent and landlord failed to organizm them. They have promised me to return the money But never happened from both sides. Long story about that. Feel free to ask the questions but chaps.............AVOID THEM , PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY
