GoogleI am beyond furious with the utter lack of professionalism and respect your agency has shown. I had booked a viewing for a house we were very interested in, scheduled for Saturday, 16th November. To our shock, we discovered that the property has already been sold and is no longer listed. What is completely unacceptable is that no one from your office bothered to inform us. We were left in the dark, and had we not checked ourselves, we would have wasted our Saturday morning at 9:30 AM for absolutely nothing. This is not just a simple mistake, this is an appalling failure of communication and basic customer care. This property was incredibly important to us, as it was in close proximity to the school I want for my son. My wife, in particular, had set her hopes on this house, and now she is heartbroken. The thought that we could have been misled like this, given the significance of the location for our family, only makes the situation worse. The person who booked our viewing clearly has no understanding of professionalism or accountability. Failing to check the status of the property and not having the decency to notify us is completely inexcusable. This is not just poor service, it’s a complete disregard for the time and emotions of your clients. You’ve wasted our time, caused unnecessary heartbreak, and shown an absolute lack of respect. I will never use your services again, and I will make sure to warn others about your agency’s incompetence and utter lack of professionalism.

The week you are discussing no viewings were re-arranged or cancelled nor were any properties sold that could tie in with your feedback. Also your feedback was given before your viewing was due to take place according to your comments and if we hadn’t called you to cancel then it would have still been booked. GoogleApparently moving house is supposed to be one of the most stressful times of life... well not with Westwood Leber! Ryan made the whole process so simple. He sensibly valued my house, presented it perfectly for sale and within two days he had agreed sale on it AND found us a new home. WL then provided a fantastic service liasing with solicitors to complete as quickly and smoothly as possible. Highly recommended, without any hesitation- anyone would be crazy to look elsewhere.
