Jacob was amazing rehousing my gran, she is incredibly hard to please and the Alzheimer’s makes it hard to find common ground but somehow this man managed to win her over and she still talks about his charm to this day. Thank you Westwood, but mainly Jake.

Recently sold our home in ware. Initially dealt with Jacob and Ryan who were both really helpful. It was then passed to Ellis and he managed to achieve a great price and had it sold on the first day of viewings. The sale went on for about 4/5 months due to the worst solicitor (Baldev Battu at Huggins Law) avoid at all costs! Ellis was faultless throughout. Kept us up date, endless amounts of chasing and backwards and forwards. Being in property myself I can not recommend WL and the team enough. Massive thank you to Ellis, Ryan Jacob Andy and the rest of the team for all there hard work. Hugely appreciated.

We have had nothing but an excellent experience with Westwood Leber. From the moment we began searching for a new house, we got a great vibe from every agent we dealt. We felt like everybody was open and honest and understood our needs. When we went to view the house that we purchased, Ellis was welcoming and transparent about the number of viewings and kept us informed with regards to updates at the offer stage. When we eventually bought the house, Ellis was always in contact with us, helping us to move the process along in a timely manner, going out of his way to recommend services and individuals. We have been really happy with the service from Westwood Leber and would not hesitate to recommend them as an estate agent for future sellers and buyers. Thank you so much Ellis & Westwood Leber! The experience with a Westwood leber was amazing, we are very happy in our new home. There were some ups and downs throughout our journey including the loss of our initial buyer, however Ryan’s calmness and tenacity enabled us to find another buyer quickly. His strong communication skills ensured the upstream chain remained informed and it was Ryan’s positivity which held it together and provided everyone with comfort. Great result for everyone in the end. We look forward to sharing many happy memories in our new home. We would not hesitate recommending Ryan to anyone, first class service.

Myself and family are currently privately renting with Westwood Leber and I can only praise them for their services. Especially Jaidene Colgate! She has been nothing but helpful, professional, understanding and proficient in doing her role as property manager. She always makes us feel listened to and goes out of her way to make sure we’re happy, any problems we have are resolved immediately. We cannot fault her at all, shes been brilliant, as well as Danielle Cornwall. I would recommend Westwood Leber to anyone looking to buy or rent as they truly are a great team! Kind regards. Met Jacob when I first visited Westwood Leber office in middle of 2021 to sell my property. Valuation was heeps better than any others but I was skeptical. Sold on 1st viewing day! Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond their control it then went back on the market twice more. Had lots of help along the way from Andy and in the final few weeks from Ellis who managed to push the sale/purchase in a short space of time. Everyone I've dealt with has been super helpful and never talked down to me (as seems to be the wont of other estate agents) Highly recommended!!

Have nothing but praise and gratefulness for everyone at Westward Leber, from the minute we put the offer in to rent this property they have gone over and above to make the process go as smoothly as possible. Since moving in 6 months ago, any queries we’ve had have been answered immediately. Such a vast improvement on any other letting experience Iv ever had with any other agents. Jaidene is a real asset to them and makes being a tenant of one of their properties a stress free zone. Thanks to you all.

We are in the middle of purchasing a property through Westwood Leber, which needs a lot of work doing to it, after speaking with Jett he found us the perfect rental home for us to live in whilst we carry out the works needed. Jett went over and above his job role securing this house for us, and making the move happen seamlessly. We went back to westwood leber after they sold our last house and would always now use them as our estate agent of choice. Excellent service

We sold our property and purchased our new home through Westwood Leber. From the first encounter with Ellis, we instantly knew who we wanted to list our property and we certainly made the right choice, the property sold within a week for over our asking price! Ellis then kept us up to date on new propertys matching our criteria and very shortly after we found the property we wanted. Throughout the process of the sale and purchase Ellis was professional, knowledgeable and always on the ball going the extra mile to meet deadlines and provide support to all partys involved. I would certainly recommend them and use again in the future. Massive thank you to Ellis, and the team at Westwood Leber

I can’t speak highly enough of Ellis as our real estate agent. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, hard work and ethics are very much appreciated and respected. He is extremely detail oriented, honest, good with people and has a knack for matching the property with the potential buyers…. making Westwood Leber the perfect fit for your home. Ellis makes you feel like you have a friend on ‘the inside’ paying attention to all your needs and suggestions and helped us to get over our asking price when selling our property. Will most definitely use them again and will also request Ellis’ assistance again in the future. Thank you so much to Ellis and his team.

Want to thanks the guys at Westwood Leber Estate Agents especially Ellis who made the stressful job of moving into our first home alot easier than it would have been! It seemed they were the only part of the process that were 100% transparent with us through it! We were being flogged off by solicitors and mortgage brokers but they kept us up to date with every step of the process. Thanks guys!

Although Westwood Leber were not the agent we used to handle our sale, we dealt with Jacob regularly for our purchase. He was highly visible during a challenging process and via regular communications definitely gave the impression of being a key part in resolving issues and driving the process forward to completion against a tight deadline. Grateful for his help and support and would recommend based on this experience.

We have just sold through Westwood Leber and I can't praise them highly enough. Our initial meeting with Jacob for our valuation was extremely positive, he was knowledgeable, confident and we immediately had great faith that they would get us the sale even through they suggested a sale price that was 15-25K above the quotes given by competitors - and we still ended up selling for over the asking price! Our sale and onward purchase was not straightforward and was personally overseen by Ryan Leber - I have been truly touched by the support and kindness shown by Ryan and without any doubt at all, our sale and onward purchase really did matter to him - not for sales commission or anything like that but because he was personally invested in helping us achieve our dream which sets him apart from anyone else I have ever encountered in the industry. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Westwood Leber and as much as I hope to not move again for a very long time, when I do it will be with Westwood Leber without a shadow of doubt. Thank you, and thank you Ryan from the bottom of my heart.

Cannot recommend Westwood Leber enough. I sold my property and purchased my new one through Westwood lebers services. Jacob was incredible, always kept us in the loop with updates and over delivered throughout both the sale and purchase journey. The whole team were on hand to help with any concerns and always reassured us things were progressing nicely (moving can be very stressful) .. All in all, if you're looking for a fantastic estate agent look no further than these guys! We know who we will be approaching when it comes to moving on again in the future.

Westwood Leber have been a huge support throughout our journey of buying our first home together. Ellis, our agent remained super close to us from the very start and no question we asked was ever deemed as a ‘silly’ one. Big thank you to Ellis for being so responsive and attentive, especially when we had some huge milestones to get through which sometimes fell into 'out of office' hours. Would recommend Westwood Leber especially for those buying a house for the first time.

When I called for some advice and next steps Danielle really helped. Trying to work out if we should start renting out house out and what goes into renting if we wanted too. Sometimes just having someone listen to your questions and not rush you is lovely. Thank you for your great customer service and professionalism Danielle.

We recently move into our new home with the help of Westwood Leber. They were very helpful and accommodating especially Ellis who would always be available to show us around whether it was builders or just us who visited the property a number of times, he even helped carry some of my furniture in. I would highly recommend using WL as we all know moving house can be very stressful. Thanks for your help again guys.
