Dannielle was so helpful with an ongoing maintenance issue, she kept me updated throughout and had now resolved the issue. Her knowledge and determination to solve my issue was amazing . Cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have worked with Westwood Leber for the past few years and mainly on the residential letting side of the business. They fully manage our properties and the team are always friendly, polite, professional and proactive when it comes to finding good new tenants. Most times there is only a few days between changeovers therefore keeping void periods to an absolute minimum. Our properties are regularly checked and managed by the wonderful Dannielle and Jaidene and any maintenance issues are quickly handled and resolved by them. Rent payments are prompt and I am extremely happy with the complete service WL provide. I would definitely recommend WL to others.

After selling my house and my purchase becoming abortive I needed to find a suitable rental property in a very short space of time. From the moment I contacted the agency I found the agents from negotiator level to director level personable, professional, reliable and ultra responsive. I have now moved out of my property after 2 years and whilst it wasn't manged by the agency I'd like to thank them for their involvement from the initial administrative process through to the deposit return process. I am also a agent and have been in the industry 30 years...I have high expectations and can confirm I'd happily reccomend Westwood Leber to landlords and tenants alike. Keep up the good work!

We recently purchased our first buy to let property in Broxbourne and asked Westwood Leber to help us find tenants and deal with the management of the property as we live in St Albans. From the first contact with Westwood Leber we felt like we were in good hands, Sam was very helpful in setting things up for us and within just one week of us getting the keys for our new property, Tom had found us tenants, sorted all of the paperwork and moved them in! Nothing is too much trouble for Sam and Tom and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for a Letting Agency you can trust get in touch with these guys!

My family and I were renting through Westwood Leber and when our tenancy came up for renewal I was so thankful that our new property was also managed by them. I cannot fault them. If any issue arose they would always be ‘on the case’ and prompt. Very polite members of staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to assist. Best letting agent! Thank you team :-)

Westwood Leber were truly amazing to…

Westwood Leber were truly amazing to have as my Estate Agent. I have always been sceptical on the general conception of Agents but they have completely changed my view on a whole. Sam and Ryan made my partner and I feel at ease throughout the entire selling process and acted as an amazing support network. All information provided to me was always accurate and to the point and thanks to this I have now sold my home and found my dream property. No question was too silly and always came with a prompt answer. Honestly cant thank the guys enough and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area !!

We would highly recommend Ryan and his team, from the fantastic photos to the huge effort they put in to make sure you're fully updated every step of the way. We mainly dealt with Ryan and found him to be very endearing and honest, he took a personal interest in making sure everything went smoothly, from acceptance of our offer to completion. We'd like to wish him and his team the very best for the future.

I have previously used Ryan Leber to sell my property and now that he has established Westwood Leber it was a given id use him again. From day one of providing me with a valuation, to the day of completion I can honestly say that on both occasions the transactions were handled fantastically. From an honest, friendly valuation, with much advice, to then marketing my property with slick, professional pictures, with constant feedback during the process. When a fully vetted buyer was found at a sale price I was very happy with, the sale transaction was then regularly chased, while again I was always updated meaning I could sit back and relax. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team within the Hoddesdon and surrounding areas.

We received and excellent service from Westwood Leber in the sale of our beautiful home. Jacob was very professional in his assistance to us and the actual sale only took 7 days to sell, the solicitors held up the process. I would highly recommend them for the services that they provide and the bubbly was appreciated after the sale. We wish the new owners much happiness as we had.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Would definitely recommend Westwood Leber. Ryan was fantastic from beginning to end - keeping a tricky and long chain together and moving forward, letting us know what was happening at every stage, and offering really fair advice. Thank you Ryan - you went above and beyond for us and now we have the most wonderful home all thanks to you.

We had the pleasure of selling and purchasing our new property with Westwood Leber. Ryan and his team were amazing throughout the whole process. They kept us informed every step of the way and took the stress out of moving. They are an extremely professional and efficient estate agent who really value their clients. We couldn't recommend them enough and would certainly use them again should we sell our property.

Have done a fair bit of work for this agents as an electrician, they have a great team working here, all very friendly and get any issues sorted out straight away, mostly deal with Jaidene who is great at organising all jobs needed and getting all the information needed, I think any property owner would be in safe hands having these guys looking after your properties. 5 star service all round !
