FacebookCannot fault this company at all, Enzo was very helpful all the way through the process of buying a new house, great service, promptness was second to none, all queries dealt with when needed, and felt very secure throughout the earlier stages. Truly satisfied with Via Properties.

GoogleA 5 star service, Enzo have been lovely from beginning to the end of the Journey, someone who is trying to build up his business, which he deserves. Such a lovely office he has, welcomed us, will come back 100%. Looks like we are still doing business with him, hoping him all the best...
Veli, thank you very much for the kind words, it really does mean a lot! (...we got there in the end!!!)

GoogleEven though I sent an e-mail to this agency many times for a rental house announcement, they did not respond once. I said my name, she said we will call you and hung up the phone on my face without listening. It's like we want a free rental house. I definitely do not recommend this agency to anyone.

FacebookWe have enjoyed 18months in a newly refurbished apartment presented and maintained by Via Properties. They have done well to keep up with our demands while living there and we would recommend Via. Enzo and Esin have been responsive to our emails throughout and we'd definitely use Via again in the future.
hi Robert thanks for the feedback...all the best at the new place

FacebookIt is very poor as an agency I met Mr. Giardina and we made an agreement by phone because I moved on Sunday I paid the current month and the deposit immediately and on Monday I was waiting to sign the contract that instead arrived after 3 months when I decided to leave home I handed the keys and I left after 1 month and a half unlocked the deposit But it was part of it because he rented the house again after 10 days I got informed with a lawyer and could not do it because we had no contract signed but despite I left the house better than I found the result was worse so by my personal experience I advise this agency better not to deal with people like Mr. Giardina

GooglePersonally I had a bad experience with this agency, for personal reason I couldn't rent a property any more, yes it was my fault obviously, but when I've tried to get a partial refund of the holding fees after 2 emails they just ignored me. I wouldn't have insist but even if the fees was non refundable the manager said: we will ask to the land lord if he's happy to give you some money back, so I've tried to email them twice to get more news and they just ignored my mail, I've been waiting more than 1 month before give this negative feedback but I'm really disappointed not because i didn't get any money back but just because they started to ignored me, they could just have got back with a negative answer instead that ignore my emails... so just to warn you they could be good when you try to rent but i don't know if they are good if any problems occurs.

FacebookDefinitely the best Agency team, they are not keeping you on hold with lies. Admit that i've been sceptical about it comparing the fees that they are practices witch it was less than a half of the price that most off the agencies are practicing. For myself it was a win win win situation! Thank you very much VIA Properties!
