VIA Properties Hoddesdon reviews

Enzo, Oli, Julie & the team were amazing. Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings. Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!

The service we received right from our very first enquiry call was professional and not pushy. Via were fantastic in making their services and costs clear, they sent guidance notes to prep house for photos and were able to find wonderful tenants quickly. Ongoing management through them has been seamless and painless and the team are really great. Highly recommend Via...Enzo and team thank you.

We initially approached VP to buy a property but we were so impressed with the service provided we decided to use them to sell our property. Enzo did not let us down he was very supportive, was there when we needed him across all forms of communication. He was extremely pro-active and helped to achieve quick solutions. Above all this he showed a keen interest and great character, an estate agent who actually cares!! Should I ever need to buy or sell in the future I will not hesitate to use VP.

It was one of the worst experiences with an estate agency ever had. Rented a fully furnished property which ended up being unfurnished, ( the contract stating furnished property ) forcing my hand to accept the ''new conditions''. Countless issues with the allocated parking spate, PCNs over PCNs, Debt collection agencies, absurd cleaning fees which are illegal according to Tenants Fee Act 2019. The deposit is still not released. Had to take them to court. If you renting with VIA PROPERTIES, good luck.

Via Properties have looked after our properties for a number of years, itself a testament to how much we appreciate their service. We recently had a longstanding tenant vacate a property, but Enzo ensured that there wasn't a void period between the old tenant moving out and the new tenant moving in, which was the best possible result. We were also pleased to see that that the property was well-maintained. Thank you Via Properties!

We were contracted tenants with Via property's. We received really fast, friendly and helpful responses to all our questions. Staff at Via always had a smile on their face whenever we went in the office, they kept hold of our mail for us when we had left their property and we got a complete refund of deposit! Yey!!! Best agent I have ever dealt with and would always recommend going forward.
