I have been happy with Enzo with his management of my rental property and also recently with his help with selling my property. Communication is always good with Enzo and I feel he goes above and beyond to make things happen. I would definitely recommend Enzo and the team.

exceptional service I've received from Via Properties! Their team, particularly Julie, are absolute stars. Whenever I've had an issue or query, they've been lightning quick to respond and resolve it. Julie's been my main contact and she's been fantastic - proactive, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile. Can't fault them! 👍 Highly recommend Via Properties for their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction."proactive, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile. I had a very disappointing experience with VIA Properties. Initially, my requests to view a property were handled quickly and efficiently, but things took a turn during my visit on September 13th to Meridian House near Nazeing Glass Works. During the viewing, I asked Enzo a few basic questions about pricing and service charges, but he seemed uncertain about the answers. I thought it was odd but assumed the property was newly listed. I followed up with an email asking for clarification on the total monthly cost, but after a few days without a response, I sent another email just inquiring about the price. Still, no reply. After another week, I called but Enzo was unavailable, and I didn’t receive a callback. On September 26th, I finally received an email stating they were waiting for several layers of approval, no further details were provided. Another two weeks passed, and I sent a final email expressing my concerns, which went unanswered. I even reached out to another team member, but again, received no response. On October 15th, a month after I first viewed the rooms, I visited the office to speak with Enzo directly. He apologised for the delays, but he appeared quite relaxed, strolling around with a coffee, which felt unprofessional given the circumstances. His excuses were that they were very busy and he's waiting still for confirmation from the property owners. I mentioned that a simple email would take only a moment to send, especially considering I had sent a few requesting an update, but he had no substantial explanation for the poor communication. This entire experience raised several red flags for me. It’s concerning that they would advertise a property that clearly has issues with availability and communication. Based on this experience, I would not recommend renting or selling through VIA Properties.

My partner and I met with John from VIA and he was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. John is helpful, well mannered and easy going. He made us feel very welcome and didn’t put any pressure on us to take the property or to hurry up. I couldn’t ask for a better experience when looking for a place to rent.

I have called VIA Properties four times since last week regarding a property on Turners Hill, EN8, and I’m still waiting for a callback. Each time I called, my details were taken, but I was given no information whatsoever about the property. On every occasion, I was assured someone would call me back, yet I have still not received a single response. I’ve never dealt with an estate agency that has been this unprofessional. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to provide basic information or simply return a customer’s call. Very disappointing service.

I have the misery of living next to a building they maintain and have to deal with flytipped sofas and beds that have sat there for 9 months let alone the rubbish thrown from the property on a daily basis.

"I got three estate agents to give me quotes for handling the sale. Two, I thought, had a strategy. Enzo at Via Properties I felt completely at ease with. This contined throughout the sale. Enzo and his colleagues Ellis and Jake eased everything along seamlessly. I never had to chase about anything. I trusted their advice implicitly. We received a succession of offers and were completely in tune regarding how they should be handled. They say selling a house is stressful, however, Via Properties alleviated most of the stress and I could not have wished for better service. I believe they have formed a great team there to support, each in their individual way, along the house selling journey."

I recently moved out of the property and wanted to take a moment to leave a review and say thank you to the whole team. From start to finish, nearly 7 years, my experience with via properties has been excellent. Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. Communication was always clear and straightforward, and I really appreciated how quickly any questions or maintenance issues were responded to and resolved. It made such a difference knowing that if something needed attention, the team would act promptly and keep me updated. The whole process, from moving in to moving out, felt smooth and well managed. Thank you for making my time at the property such a positive experience.

I was recommended to use Via Properties by a friend of mine. When I met with Enzo it was clear he had an excellent understanding of the market, in and around Hoddesdon, including market trends, and he helped me to decide on the right time for me to sell. It wasn't all plain sailing but Enzo and Ellis supported me in finding the right buyer and kept me up to speed at every step. Via Properties are both professional and personal.

Overall: Very accommodating- excellent service! Very happy with their level of service! Good communication throughout. Good availability for viewing the property I was interested in. They have been the only agents who haven’t been constantly calling or insisting on communicating via phone calls-only and were able to accommodate my preference of emails. Enzo and Oli were both very helpful and polite. Thank you for all your help with the purchasing of my first property! Edit: After the sellers had accepted the offer, I was pleasantly surprised that Enzo and Oli continued to be attentive and accommodating, checking up on how the conveyancing process was going and went above and beyond to try to get the keys to me around my difficult schedule. I’m Very grateful - thank you!

Enzo and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with from initial meeting through to completion. We could not have picked a tougher time to sell our property, during the height of the pandemic! Enzo and co stepped up to the challenge and managed to get people through the door. Owing to the pandemic the task for the team was not easy and they certainly earned their fee having secured another buyer the day after our original buyer dropped out. Enzo and the guys went above and beyond to ensure we were kept up to date and satisfied. Would recommend and have recommended to our good friends who also found a buyer through Via Properties 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

From start to finish Oliver was my main point of contact and I cannot thank him enough for all of his help throughout the process! Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.

They let me move into a flat that was infested with black mould that had clearly been painted over. The mould started to come through the paint within a week of living there. Told me it was my responsibility to pay for professional mould removal (upwards of £600) when it was clearly an issue with the previous tenant too. I was starting to become unwell due to the mould and told them that I would need to move out for my health. They tried to deny me leaving the property until they were threatened with lawyers and court. Eventually they complied and even found me another property to live in. I lived in the mouldy property for 1.5 months but had serious health issues due to the mould for over a year after I moved out. I noticed after a week of moving out that they had painted over the mould again and put it back on the market. I feel so sorry for whoever moved in after me. When I moved into the second property that they found me, they neglected to tell me that the water bill was included in the rent and that I was not eligible to pay anything to Thames Water directly as the landlord pays it. 6 months in, I received a bill from Thames Water in the mail for over £300 for an estimated usage for the first 6 months of living there. Due to not being told that it was not my responsibility to pay this bill, I paid it. Which means it was double paid and I was owed a refund. The next bill I received, 6 months later, was for over £2000 (due to my meter being a joint meter with multiple properties). I was still none the wiser that I was not supposed to be paying the bill for this property and I started contacting Thames Water and Via Properties about a potential leak. Even during my many many many emails and phone calls with multiple members of the team at Via Properties, I was still never told that the water bill at the property was not my responsibility. We went back and forth for a year trying to fix this non existent leak until I eventually moved out but still had a debt of over £2000 in my name and was owed a refund of over £300. Only in January 2025 (which was 20 months from when I got the bill for over £2000. During this time I was still in contact with Via to try and fix the leak so I could be billed correctly) I was told that the landlord was laying the water bill and that I should never have paid. I called Thames Water to tell them this and they said that what they needed for my account to be closed, debt to be dropped, and to be refunded was just a confirmation phone call from the landlord and quoting my name and account number. I told this to Julie straight away who said she'd get right on contacting the landlord about this. I heard nothing from her until I chased her and there was always an excuse as to why this wasn't sorted yet. Eventually in August 2025 she passed this onto Enzo. Enzo said he'd get right on the landlord to do this and that it'd be sorted straight away. I've emailed Enzo MANY times and even called the office to try and chase this. Each time I'm either met with an email filled with excuses as to why it's not been done, or and put of office email saying he's going to be away for the next week, or the answer phone ladies saying he's not available and that they'd pass on a message for me. Anyway it's 3rd November 2025 as I'm writing this, which is 2.5 YEARS since the issue first arose and they said they'd sort it out no problem asap for me. I have not heard from Enzo or Julie in 2 months. I am still owed over £300 from Thames Water which they will not refund me until the above is completed and there is still a £2000 debt in my name and I have debt collectors calling me every day even though I have explained the situation many times. I would NOT recommend using this company. They rent out mouldy properties and tell the tenant it's their responsibility to fix. They are terrible at answering their emails (I've found Enzo to be the worst) and they NEVER answer the phones. If you have a problem with your property, don't count on them to fix it - you'll be left waiting and chasing for almost 3 years.

I can't recommend Enzo and the team at Via properties enough. I have heard horror stories from friends and families about their estate agents and Enzo really is one of a kind! Communication was beyond excellent and we were kept up to date on everything without ever having to request information! The purchase of my property was smooth sailing and its all down to Enzo and his team. I will never use another estate agent again! Thanks so much Enzo.

VIA properties and all their team have given me 7yrs of a smooth tenancy where i know they have always been at the other end of the phone. They remain professional at all times and communication has always been good even as the team has expanded. From the very start they have always gone above and beyond and would 100% recommend them 👍

At the beginning of our rental search, we were interested in a property through another agency, only to later discover that one of the partners was involved in both companies. This created a clear conflict of interest and gave the impression that both agencies were working together to maximise their own financial gain rather than act transparently or in our best interest. Throughout the tenancy, communication was poor. Enzo, the company owner and our main point of contact initially, was frequently unresponsive and often went silent at key moments, leaving important queries unanswered. On one occasion, the agency even entered our property while we were out of the country without providing any prior notice or consent, a serious breach of trust and tenant rights. When we chose to terminate the contract early, the agency imposed multiple charges, including an administration fee, an early termination fee, and an additional £600 for cleaning, a fee we did not agree with and which was applied without providing the official move-out itinerary report. These charges felt unreasonable and unfairly imposed, it was their word against ours without the report. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful. I cannot recommend this agency. Prospective tenants should proceed with caution, be aware of potential conflicts of interest, and ensure everything is fully documented in writing before committing. We had taken photos and videos but these didn’t hold up when we were disagreeing with charges.

Enzo and his team were very effective to market my property and to get tenants signed in a timely manner. All paperwork, viewings and check-in were conducted in a very professional and efficient way. They provided all the guidance and support needed to answer all of our questions throughout the process.

Poor communication. I’ve had to ring nearly daily to try and put an offer in on a property after two viewings. Every time I ring I’m told “we’re waiting on a response from the landlord and we will ring you back” only to never actually be called back. I would rather be told that our ‘face doesn’t fit’ instead of getting the cold shoulder from a letting agent.
