During the process of finding a tenant - Oli & Enzo were both responsive and quick to deal with any enquiries. Esin has also been very quick with dealing with management issues and the recent renewal went smoothly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAfter searching for a house for nearly a year using many other agents in the Enfield and Cheshunt area, Enzo and Oli at VIA Properties were the most helpful. They both helped to ease any anxiety or worries we had by reassuring and answering questions that we had every single time. They worked hard to negotiate with the vendors and us and always remained respectful to ensure sides were happy money wise. 7 months later, we have moved into our new forever home after renovating and we are still grateful for the support that VIA provided since the beginning. Can’t recommend them enough!! If you’re looking for a smooth & easy process, VIA Properties is the agency to go to. ⭐️

FacebookI can't recommend Enzo and the team at Via properties enough. I have heard horror stories from friends and families about their estate agents and Enzo really is one of a kind! Communication was beyond excellent and we were kept up to date on everything without ever having to request information! The purchase of my property was smooth sailing and its all down to Enzo and his team. I will never use another estate agent again! Thanks so much Enzo.

FacebookThank you Enzo! We were trying to sell at a fairly low point in the market but you managed to not only get it off our hands in a reasonable time, but we sold for a decent price too! It is always good to know the person you are dealing with will be friendly, respond quickly to emails, actually pick up your calls, and be totally honest throughout the process. We really appreciate everything you did for us.

GoogleI am sad to say that this company has treated my family disgustingly We are a hard working family and wanted to rent a property for our two sons one of which is completing his law degree and the other doing his apprenticeship and both working. Since the visit we have called via properties at least in excess of 10 calls The reason for our call was to put in an application for a property that has been available for a while now and is still available. Every time we called we was told That the young man (Ollie) was off. This went on for 10 days and when we asked if someone else would kindly help us they repeatedly said that they will take my details and someone will get back to me which just did not happen. We all called and was told the same thing until eventually we called and Ollie answered and at that point he stated the landlord has decided to rent to his friend. However this property is still being currently advertised on Via Properties and multiple sites as available to let We also called regarding another property only to be told we would be called back but yet again nothing. This kind of behaviour raises concerns with regards to Via properties professionalism and has we have completely lost faith in their promises. This is unfortunate as there are a number of lovely properties which they are advertising for let, however if the despicable service we received is anything to go by we would not recommend this Letting Agent to serious buyers/ tenants/Landlords or people with an Ethnic background.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
