GoogleSo the staff are friendly, which seems to be the positive from other reviewers. For the fees they charge however I hoped for professionalism and competence in addition to this, but both were completely lacking. Warning signs were there on the first valuation visit - we had agreed a % fee on the phone but when Stacey turned up this had gone up and was apparently no longer negotiable. Over the next few months of viewings I lost track of how many times they messed up viewings, either having viewers turn up at the same time, lose track of viewing changes, or in the worst case, forgetting to turn up for a viewers' very promising second viewing, which inconvenienced them enough to not bother coming back. We cancelled with Haart soon after that and went elsewhere, who sold our house with much better service all round, for a much lower fee. Annoyingly we still had to use Haart again through our purchase. Here they managed to send letters to us, the vendors and our solicitors with the wrong agreed purchase price! Oh and the office is shabby and smells of smoke.

GoogleConstantly parking company vehicles across entire pavement to the side of Waters & Stanton, meaning people have to walk in the road to get around luckily it's a dead end so not too unsafe, pure laziness by staff.
