I must call out Carl in particular who's professionalism and likeable personality was a key factor in choosing haart. I have moved 4 times in the last 20 years and so have dealt with estate agents as both vendor and purchaser. Out of all of these we have been the most impressed with Haart. I have been very impressed by your proactivity and the regular updates by Debra Jacobs even when nothing is happening. Even more importantly I have felt that you and I are in a partnership together in this, which feels very refreshing and customer focused, whereas many estate agents focus on the quickest sale at the cheapest price, which is not what I wanted. Yes you are more expensive but I feel that it is worth it! 😊 It’s not what you pay but the value you get and this has been top quality. Big thanks and hopefully now onwards and upwards to completion. I have recently sold a property through your Haart office in Hockley. My point of contact there has been Debra Jacobs. I don't think that I've ever sent a recommendation to an employer before about one of its staff But I'm pleased to start with Debra! I've found her to be very competent, efficient and diligent. The sale was not necessarily the most straightforward. She however handled it giving full attention to detail, plus keeping me in constant awareness of buyers wishes. I would have no hesitation in recommending Debra to others.

From the original purchase to the construction of two new properties in Hullbridge i dealt soley with Stacey who was allways professional, and kept intouch throughout the project, in November Stacey left to have a baby and Debbie took over, right from the start she was professional, took onboard all the various aspects involved in selling a new home, she was enthusiastic, on many occasions i was on site when she showed potential buyers around the houses, and always done a fantastic job, she always keeps me informed, and i know she is doing everything in her power to sell the remaning property. Having meet others from the Haart team they all seem to have a great attitude.
