GoogleI had a great experience with Taylors while purchasing my first home. The whole team were responsive and informative from the viewing through to completion. My emails/phone calls were always received promptly and any questions I had were resolved in good time. The team would also reach out to me with developments during the purchase and offer any further help. GoogleGreat team, really helpful. We first met with Connor, Molly and Chris after seeing a property advertised on Zoopla. They helped with everything including getting the exchange and completion sorted so quickly. Without them, we wouldn’t have managed to move into our new home. They went above and beyond when our own solicitors were not prioritising things. I gave them all a headache with the hundreds of questions I had (being a first time buyer) and they never made me feel awkward about asking them! Thank you to the whole team for being so helpful. Definitely recommend.

Spent a year in a house share where they did nothing to remove an awful tenant who stole food and caused aggravation that several had to leave early. The cleaners they had come in stole equipment and didnt do a bloody thing Have the nerve to confirm that my balance was clear and then try and take rent arrears from the account.

Yet another great service from the lettings team. Vienna & Lesley have been persistent and professional throughout. The covid impact has left me rather downbeat but the ladies have been optimistic ad continued forward, and their tenacity paid off. As I have come to expect (im spoilt now) they go above my expectations, which is very reassuring and comforting. Vienna is a great asset to the team and is always on hand - Lesley has built up a great team! I highly recommend!!!
