I had visits from a few local estate agents, and Ben Starr from Taylors Hitchin really stood out. His local knowledge, understanding of property values, and the way he explained the whole selling process were excellent. Ben was very professional, friendly and clear from the start. Ben was fantastic throughout the whole buying process. Things got really stressful on completion day when the solicitors weren't answering the phone and time was running out on a Friday. Ben stayed calm, kept chasing everyone, and made sure everything was sorted so I got my keys by 5pm. His persistence and reassurance made all the difference. Taylors were absolutely amazing at selling our flat when the development was struggling, and not many flats had been sold, with quite a few selling less than purchase price. He took on board what were my needs and requests and tried to ensure they were all met. Had a brilliant experience selling my flat with Taylors in Hitchin. The whole team was helpful, friendly, and on it from start to finish. Special thanks to Ben Starr, who was consistently calm, responsive, and supportive, even when things got a bit stressful. He really helped keep the sale moving and I always felt in safe hands. Ben is very proactive which is especially helpful during the time sensitive parts of the selling process - we completed a few days before the stamp duty change, which saved us a couple grand! We definitely wouldn't have made this deadline without Ben and Chris in particular. Chris, Conor, and Bailey were also fantastic throughout, can’t thank them enough.
