As you can see, I have given it five stars. I placed my cottage on the market a year ago and had no joy even though I went through two estate agent but had no views whatsoever.in 5 months.. My neighbour used Taylors to sell her cottage and they sold it for her within a couple of weeks. I had done some research on Taylors and was not surprised that they had very good reviews so I took the bull by the horns and instructed Taylors. It was the best thing I did. Within the first week I had viewings And the viewings continued until my cottage sold within six weeks. From start to finish the team of this company was absolutely brilliant in every way they really exceeded my expectations. They were always there at the end of the phone and had a weekly updates from them. They have been both very professional and so so friendly. Also went above and beyond to be sure of a smooth transaction. Even after my completion, they are continuing in helping me as I am now looking to rent in Devon. A big shout out to the dream team..Ben,Connor and we cannot forget the main man that is Chris the manager… I’m going to miss waving at them when I walk past their office.. 🙏🥰

Exploring our options in a new area was made easy by Taylors. They helped set up an array of viewings all conveniently spaced to show us what you can get at certain price points and areas of Hitchin. Bayley was super helpful in setting these up and Connor was a great sport showing us around each home and discussing earnestly how the property could suit our needs or what may be lacking. They have also both been very responsive over the phone and email making the house hunting process much less hassle. Would recommend!

The team at Taylors in Hitchin have been amazing throughout quite a stressful move for my father. We had a number of issues with various solicitors. However, the team held it together and kept things moving. Chris was fantastic, chasing every day and really keeping the pressure on. I could write another review just about Connor, who went above and beyond and stayed late one evening to help move some of my dad's furniture. Taylor’s Hitchin recently sold my near 90 yo Mother’s house and we were happy with their handling from start to finish. Conor was expert at showing potential buyers around and a good and pleasant source of help afterwards. Although the sale wasn’t too complicated, Chris was always helpful when it looked like we might have hit a snag. The Hitchin office staff in general were always approachable and accessible when we needed them. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very very poor. Offered for a flat, they said they'd get back to us as soon as they had a decision from the landlord. Radio silence, impossible to get through on the phone. Let agreed with someone else a few days later without us being notified. We needed to get a flat ASAP, which they knew about, we feel messed around and have lost valuable time in our search for a property.

I went to Taylor's to speak to Mandy Arora (Mortgage & Protection Advisor at Countywide Mortgages) about my mortgage options as I was a first-time buyer and had no clue what I was doing. From the get-go, Mandy was fantastic. She explained everything clearly and was so proactive and positive which was exactly what I needed. Even when I had a bit of a setback with my lender, Mandy worked so hard to get me a good rate and I am so lucky now considering the recent hikes in mortgage rates. When buying our first home, my partner and I had an extremely positive experience with Taylors.
