GoogleI initially met Nathaniel when he came to value our property. He was really friendly, easy going and was honest about what he thought about our house which we appreciated. We met him again a few months later at viewings for other properties. Again, he was really friendly and was a massive help in helping us decide which one was best suited to our needs. Due to unforseen circumstances our sale/purchase took over 7 months to complete. During this time he always called back when I called, text me back straight away and advised when and where needed. He also put me in touch with Jessica Nobel who deals with sales progression. From the first time I spoke to Jess she had the same friendly manner about her that Nathaniel did. She kept me up to date with all the going ons and when I found things too tough to handle she was more than sympathetic and realistic about what may or may not happen. I can not recommend both Nathaniel and Jess highly enough!

GoogleGreat company, very efficient and prompt. Nothing seemed to be too much when asking them countless questions. Georgie and the team where always happy to help and made the process and stress of moving as smooth as possible. Highly recommend this agency. Knowledge and people skills in the lettings industry do not always seem to go hand in hand unfortunately.. but D & J letting really restored our faith and made us realise that this isn’t always the case. I couldn’t fault them at all through out the whole process. Thank you Georgie and Team

GoogleTom was always available for an update. Always kept lines of communication open and was very prompt with any information that we requested. It was a difficult process (solicitors!) but made so much easier due to Tom's diligence. Recommended!

GoogleI was very impressed with TLC. From first meeting Tom, I found him to be very friendly and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the local housing market. Tom’s photographic abilities were excellent and I was really pleased with the standard of the photos used, they certainly enhanced the property. All house viewings were carried out very efficiently. Even though the sale of my house was straight forward, Tom always acted with professionalism and was very patient with my many telephone queries. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending TLC to anyone who is considering selling their house.

Unfortunately, after she left we were left with numerous problems being left and fobbed off for over a year. Fortunately for us D&J hired Ines and she came to the rescue this year and has been a superstar getting everything sorted I now can't fault them! Well done Ines and thank you so much!

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Myself and my housemate were renting and received awful, awful service. We were given no support for the many issues we had, including no hot water or heating through Christmas and Winter, and a two meter crack in the kitchen ceiling, which also resulted in that and the bathroom above being unsafe. We raised these issues time and time again with 'Julie', with absolutely no support. Eventually being given a 'No-Fault' Section 21 Notice, just before Christmas.

GoogleRented a house with them a couple of years ago and the agent was rude, unresponsive, and refused to answer clearly to our questions (I suppose they weren't sure about the answer but didn't want to admit it). Fortunately, the landlord was much more responsive, though rightfully upset about having to do the agency's job. We thought it was just that particular agent being unprofessional, but we recently booked a viewing with the sales team and the agent that showed us around was equally awful: he just looked at his phone the whole time we were there and made us feel like he was making us a huge favour being there. Glad we didn't end up buying the property and hopefully won't ever have to deal with Newman Properties again.
