Joshua was really well informed about the local area and had the perfect plan of action to find the right buyers, multiple offers and achieved over asking. The portal and updates for viewings worked well for us this was seamless. Jake was also great in giving us help when it came to navigating the offers and next steps. Kay was absolutely lovely from the moment we arrived. She was welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen carefully to our situation and understand exactly what we were looking for, a suitable new flat for my father so that he could relocate closer to us in Stevenage.
We never felt rushed or pressured, and Kay was genuinely interested in helping us find the right solution for my father and our family.
Unfortunately, my father hasn't quite made up his mind yet, so we weren't able to proceed this time. However, when he is ready to make the move, we will definitely be coming back to Kay.

Katie Liasis at Ashtons has dealt with several of my inquiries with maintenance of the house we rent. She has been so very helpful. Katie is understanding towards others needs when organising contractors coming out to do fixtures.
She was the "brains" behind the bathroom renovations due to a major leak affecting the neighbour. The house we rent has 1 bathroom. Katie swiftly sorted out a temporary bathroom got the contractors to fit it into the outbuilding whilst liaising with contractor that were to do the work of breaking apart the bathroom, fix the issues and refit everything.
It was an uncomfortable experience but Katie ensure things ran smoothly and on time and the experience could have been alot worse but it was tolerable.
Katie has been such an asset to Ashtons and has been such a comfort to work with.
