Active and effective sales processing from start to end

Very prompt preparation for sale (photos, description etc)Very quick sale. Best & finals after first weekend realised an offer nearly 8% over asking price. Great cash buyer ready to move. Really active “sales processing” to interface between buyer and seller. Jenny was unflappable, despite a spot of diva stuff from our buyers solicitor. Helped bring it to conclusion in time for when we needed the money.

Exceptional Customer Service

To begin with, we were extremely sceptical regarding Estate Agents, due to a past terrible experience with another company. When we first met Mark, he was very professional and friendly, putting our minds at ease and actually said that he WOULD sell our property. We were still doubtful to begin with, but true to his word, Mark and his Team successfully sold our house. We cannot thank Mark and his team enough, for their professionalism, support and reassurance. There were a few problems along the way with other parties, however, we were kept informed of all developments and how the sale was proceeding.We fully recommend Seymours if you are thinking of selling your property. Mark, Alan, Billy, Helen and the rest of the Team should be really proud of their commitment and Customer Service. Cheers guys, it was a fantastic experience!!

Having recently both sold and purchased through Seymours in Staines I would highly recommend them. Mark and his team were both personable and professional. They stayed on top of the whole process providing guidance and reassurance when necessary. One simple thing that made them stand out was that everyone in the office seemed to know who we were and who was looking after our case and someone would always call back. More often than not, however, they would proactively be calling us. Given the difficult climate, there were a few unexpected ‘bumps’ along the way but we feel that Seymours did an outstanding job in coordinating the process and chain.

Sold in a short time and was fairly painless

With their wealth of experience Seymour’s gave good advice and tried to make the whole process of selling our house as painless as possible over the shortest possible time. We read that on average it tasks 19 viewing before you might get an offer - in the space of about 2 weeks we had about 25 viewing before the offer that lead to sold stc. Which we were pleased with in the current housing market. Jeff and team were punctual and courteous and let us know if there were any changes to viewing. I guess I was expecting more feedback for each of the viewing but I understand that if people are not interested for whatever reason there is not much you can do about it - so just move on.

We felt very supported by the Seymours team throughout the whole process of buying our first house. They showed us multiple listings we’d seen online, but it was one of the agents, Anthony, who recommended us to look at a property we thought was out of reach, which ended up being the absolute perfect fit - we’re so pleased we took his advice and gave it a shot! Scam Letters

Keep getting fake letters through my door for the past 3 years saying Mr & Mrs M are looking to buy a house in the area with their 2 kids and are currently living with friends, the same letter for 3 years. They even sent the letter to us about 4 days after the house had finished being built and it continues all these years later. I called for the 4th time today and the Blackwater branch manager had the nerve to ask me why its an issue, he said that he gets pizza leaflets through the door so why should I care? Horrendous, scammers just desperate for business

Seymours Horsell Are Simply The Best!
