A buyer was found really swiftly and despite a few problems along the way, the sale has been completed in a relatively short time. Darren at Seymours has been just wonderful from start to finish in the purchase of our house. From the first time we met with him he not only had the answer to all our questions and a great knowledge of the property, but genuinely seemed really excited for us, making the tedious process of buying a house a little less overwhelming. Throughout the process, Darren was communicative and always responded very quickly, meaning that we often got answers to our questions from him before we'd even heard from our solicitor yet. He really took the time to go above and beyond, meaning that rarely we felt left in the dark with anything. It's really felt like we've had someone fighting our corner, despite coming up against a few house-buying-hurdles here and there. We exchanged on Friday and are so excited to move! Our experience in selling our house with Seymour’s in Grayshott was nothing short of exceptional. They tower over the competition. The moment we met James, Sarah, and Darren, we knew we were in capable hands. Firstly, communication was a breeze, James messaged using WhatsApp which worked really well for us. He often messaged out of hours, proving that he was working hard for his clients and the business. For all the beautiful houses they must see, the team made us feel that ours was special - which to us, it was. James was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, giving solid advice when needed. Once James had secured a sale, we were handed over to Sarah who looked after us throughout the sale process, which in our case involved a chain of 5. There were problems further down the chain which caused us a lot of stress, but Sarah was very efficient, constantly chasing everyone that needed to be chased, and staying in touch with any bit of news. She was empathetic, reassuring and capable throughout. Even our vendor’s estate agent was singing her praises. In conclusion, if you're looking for an agent who (literally!) stands head and shoulders above the rest; one with integrity, honesty and transparency in bucketloads, then look no further than Seymour’s. We always felt that Seymour’s had our best interests at heart. With James, Darren & Sarah by your side, you’re in good hands and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. A great experience from start to finish

I recently purchased my first house with my partner and had a fantastic experience with Seymours throughout my buying process. Jeff was great, showing us around multiple properties and providing a excellent knowledge of the area and the houses themselves. The bid process was seamless and sorted within days was ideal because we wanted to move quickly when we found the house we liked. Then the whole process thereafter was handled brilliantly by Sandra who responded to all queries promptly. Overall a great experience and we're so happy with the house - would definitely recommend!

Seymours Staines staff have been absolutely amazing at helping us get our very slow chain through to the point of exchange. Mark and Gary were excellent at the get-go with putting the property on the market, managing viewings and securing offers and the consequent sale. Alan Hackland has been the most calm, professional and thorough individual in his capacity as Sales Progressor. Quite frankly I dont think it would have all happened if Alan hadnt have kept the chain as well organised and informed. Currently selling through Seymour’s Grayshott. What always feels like a nightmare experience has been more of a pleasant dream. Very professional, the whole team (Darren, James and Sarah) all came to view the house so they knew it well. Which was a positive for me having viewed houses where the agent couldn’t answers any questions as they ‘haven’t been in it before’. All initial negotiations, photographs etc went well. Had just three viewings and two offers almost straight away. Excellent communication keeping me up to date, I dealt mainly with James who is bright and enthusiastic.

We brought our house through Seymour’s and James King was our primary contact. James was honest about the house we brought, was not pushy and we liked and trusted him straight away - he wasn’t a ‘typical estate agent’ that feels your stomach with dread. He had a good working relationship with our seller. James worked really hard and went above and beyond helping throughout the sale from start to finish. You couldn’t ask for a more comprehensive level of service, he was proactive with all the solicitors and clients through the chain, knew exactly what was going on and kept everyone updated. You couldn’t ask for a better level of service. James is a very friendly and approachable individual and was our superstar during the whole move process. Furthermore he recommended great solicitors, surveyor and move company - all of which we used and all reasonably priced too. Just amazing - the man is a legend.
