GoogleIn difficult times following the Corona virus lockdown, we put our home on the market with Your Move. We upgraded to have the professional photos and virtual tour. The brochure was produced and in less than 48 hours following covid guidelines we accepted an offer. We are now very happy in our new home but we honestly think if it wasn't for Chloe and Cate, we wouldn't be here now. They saw the sale right through to the end. And for that, we can't thank them enough

GoogleMyself and my partner are currently going through the rental process with Your Move Hinckley and they have been amazing. They respond quickly all the time, they are friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. If we have any questions they answer them and reassure us if we have any worries. Our main point of call has been Alisha who has been amazing and so responsive, even replying 15 times in a row when we were having computer issues! We have also spoken to and had some form of contact with all members of staff who have all been so helpful and polite, including Zoe and Cate who go out of their way to help us! They have been very professional and efficient which has allowed the process to move swiftly. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleI have been dealing with Your Move Hinckley several times now for almost a year. In the main I deal with Elisha in sales who is very friendly and extremely helpful. I have also dealt with various members in the team, again, equally friendly and helpful. What I like most about Your Move is their professional approach and that they do what they say they will do. If I request a call back I get a call back. If I want a particular viewing slot they go out of their way to accomodate that whenever possible. They work hard to accomodate viewings that suit both vendor and buyer. Their viewing schedule is very easy but thorough and reminders before as well as follow up feedback are sent promptly. Trustworthy, professional, helpful and friendly is how I would sum up Your Move Hinckley.

GoogleProblems of poor communication all the way through. At the beginning when the property wasn't being listed and they couldn't explain why, I asked if they were liars or incompetent. I concluded incompetent and misleading. Left property unsecured (ie unlocked) after one viewing, didn't ensure staff taking viewings had upto date knowledge of the situation, advised sale of property completed when only exchanged, sadly the list goes on. Always helpful and friendly just often didn't know what was going on. Wouldn't use again.

The main person conducting the service for us, Alisha Ellis, was efficient, polite and so helpful. A credit to the company. Constantly keeping us updated with any details. Giving feedback from viewers was welcomed. The office staff, whenever we phoned, were also attentive and informative. The staff made every effort to achieved our sale within a few months. Your Moves charges were reasonable. 100% Recommended. Thank you Your Move.

GoogleHaving just completed on another sale I cannot praise Your Move Hinckley enough! Adam, Cate and the whole team are absolutely brilliant. They are highly professional, very friendly and always available when you need to speak to them. They are also excellent negotiators/mediators when the sale gets a bit challenging, and very skilled at keeping the sale going through to completion. I actually decided to use them for my last sale, even though they were miles away from the house itself. Luckily for me they agreed! I think you get what you pay for with an estate agent, and Your Move Hinckley are definitely worth paying for. They are the best agents I've dealt with so far. Huge thanks to the whole team for a smooth sale!

GoogleA good team of professionals that shows a genuine interest for customer care, both tenants and landlord. Their business approach is organised down to the last detail, while they keep themselves thinking out of the box and perfectly adapted to nowadays state of the art tenancy solutions. I would sincerely recommend Your Move to anyone that wants a hassle free tenancy. As for the team I wish them good luck in any endeavour they might choose to pursue.

GoogleTerrible agency. Despite having to pay 120 GBP for every contract renewal, when my tenancy terminanted, I didn’t receive any support for the restitution of the deposit. I am foreigner and I was not aware about the full process, when I went there for advises on how getting the deposit back they didn’t tell me anything helpful. They lost my initial inventory and they stopped to reply to my e-mails. I could feel that they were racists.
